Chủ Villa, quản gia không nhiêt tình, mình đặt là khu villa happy mà chuyển cho mình là villa f9 cũng không thông báo trước khi đến, giờ sử dụng xong rồi chủ villa mới báo lại

K đúng thông tin booking cung cấp trên trang của booking. Giá phòng có giá phòng q.9tr và thêm vat là 2.07tr nhưng khi tt 2.07tr thì tá hỏa chả có hóa đơn. Và lần này là lần thứ n mình gặp phải trên booking. :(

it was how it was showed in the picture. it was beautiful and clean. The agent and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful

The location is pretty close to Hanoi around 40mins and the atmosphere was great. It was surrounded by trees so we could feel like a camping place. Also, the host is very friendly and she answered so fast. Also, we can communicate in English so that was super great in Vietnam. We ordered bbq for dinner. It was amazing and plenty of food and fruit. We also enjoyed Karaoke machine(need to pay extra for it) and had a great experience here. The breakfast(Pho)was also great; the housekeeper prepared it quickly, and the services were great. It's also good for swim but we are here for team building so we weren't doing it. I want to swim when i have any chance to visit here.

At first, I need to pay extra for kitchen that include in the description. Secondly, I waited the bus for the long time from my villa to check-out room, and I must walk by myself from check-out room to my parking place

..everything ok except transportation inside the village

I beg few times and call front office asking help for check out almost 3 hours as they don’t allow taxi to come to village, and they don’t allowed me to travel by Carts , I don’t know why, I was ashamed with my girlfriend too, I don’t go again here.

There is transportation inside the Flamingo is not good; we need serviced buggy like others resorts
