The location is very near to the hundred islands national park.Caretakers are helpful.and responsive to the needs of their visitors.Kitchen utensils are available so you can cook free of charge.
May I suggest to please install bidet in the comfort room for convinience

huge place to stay and we stay in the ground floor which is good especially with children and senior.
The AC from the room needs upgrade as it was hot. Then one of the bed foam needs replacement or repair

Location and staff were very accommodating
The toilet needs more cleaning so it’s not smelly. Not sure if it’s the exhaust issue and seems stuffy
Some ants in the place and big cockroach too

Location very near the wharf..4 minutes walk. It accommodated all of us in the group.
Short drive to town proper where nice restaurants are..
The smaller room with bathrooms is not well maintained..there's holes here and there..ants all over the place..definitely needs to be remodeled if they want to attract local and especially international tourists..

I like the place near the beach port and the staff are good. You can cook and at the same time they have a good ambiance.
The other room that I reserved was good for 4 people the ac is not really working fine and it is really hot and the water in the shower is coming in and out. But that is all we did not like and all is good

The location is near the pier for the tour of hundred island. They have their own people to assist us on the tour
It could have been perfect if the aircon was very cool especially on this hot weather..the aircon is old and low cooling

the place is spacious enough with good balcony to chill at night. also the kitchen is equipped with necessary stuff for cooking.
the place looks like maintain properly. there are broken door handles, holes and black marks in the ceiling and the toilet stinks when we get there.

Nice accommodation! Walking distance to hundred Island. We arrived at 4. 30am and we're able to leave our luggage at the accommodation which was really nice because it was so early!

It is very convenient for visiting the Hundred Islands. Sharon, the caretaker, is very kind and helpful.
Some beds are not comfortable. Street noise can be an issue.

Feels home. staffs are very exceptional, they're very kind and helpful.
everything is superb. except the toilet downstairs, i think it's having some issue with drainage as we can smell pee eventhough it's clean and the shower heater isn't working but not a big problem.

All of them are very accommodating and have a friendly staff. Their transients have good vibes. I'm very much thankful to Ma'am Veronica for all considerations.

Great location, nice room with hot water and good internet. A full outdoor kitchen we were able to use to cook dinners. The staff was helpful and very nice.

The staff was super nice and they helped us find restaurants and book trips!! The kitchen is well equipped and everything went according to plan.
The originally booked apartment looked a bit run down but the other one they offered us was way more modern and nicer.

the ref inside the room needs a hook to keep it closed, we just used the chair to press the door so it wont open.
