Beautiful property on the banks of perfume river…gracious staff, very well managed, ultimate nature resort.

The room was lovely. Liked the decor and the way it was configured. Loved the gardens. Staff were lovely.

Unfortunately the pool was a little too warm to have a refreshing swim. It's been the hottest pool we have experienced so far. The restaurant was also really warm, which meant we didn't enjoy our food as much as we could have done and wanted to retreat to our room with air con as soon as possible. A lovely hotel, but I think they could try having air con in at least some of the restaurant.

Amazing location, such friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and unique gardens and accommodation. This place is an oasis!

The staff is friendly. The garden and swimming pool are amazing. Real retreat if you are villing to escape the loud city. The shower outside the room is fantastic, real photozone.

The minibar was never filled. The restaurant is overpriced and the food is poor quality. The city is 20-25 minutes ride by taxi. There is no deliver options. The karaoke sound from nearby location was too loud.

The peaceful and tranquil surroundings with banana leaf, pomelo and beautiful gardens. The lodge is located about 15mins out of Huē centre, in a quiet rural village - which is what we were after, such a great experience. We used the lodge bikes to check out the surroundings which was a great touch. The accommodation was comfortable, nice outdoor shower, amazing large pool and very lovely staff. We will be back!

Location nice swimming pool exzellent Room ok 3 bed in the room looks old fashioned. For families ok but for people stay alone in room not good feeling.

Restaurant quality very simple. For better food quality people must go to Hue City by Taxi or by motorbike.

All the staff working for the hotel were really friendly and kind. They made sure we were taken care of and provided us with our needs. The receptionist made sure we had access for travel. the location was slightly away from the town centre, but there is a river and east boat access taking you to many of the local attractions. they also provide with bikes for free to ride around. Can ride to the near by Tombs which is the best part of Hue.

The location is a bit far from the town centre which isn’t an issue, but the road access isn’t good. There isn’t enough hot water to shower, which isn’t ideal during the colder times.

the garden is very nice and the room are really big, the area is quieter than the busy town of Hué but it is n it is necessary to drive motorbikes to see the surroundings or if you really enjoy cycling during long hours under very hhot temperatures.

the mattress are terrible, I have never slept on something that hard also the towels are not acceptable they are so used and have many stains on them that is not ok for a hotel. these two things shall be changed

Very comfortable room. Amazing pool. Amazing garden with flowers & pomelo trees. Easy to go around with a motobike or bicycle. Ecolodge have bicycles (free) & motobike for rent at their place.

The bicycles could be in better shape (brakes, seats, ....) to enjoy the ride on bumpy trails....

Although located a 15 minute drive out of the centre of Hue, it's a great place to spend some quiet time with your family. Very friendly and helpful staf. Breakfast buffet is very good . Having dinner at the restaurant as well.

Breakfast is bad and very limited. The foods are not good in general. Moss is all over the pool wall and garbage in the bottom. NO towels at the pool. The towels in the room are so old and torn out. No mat in the bathroom (I gotta ask for it). No soundproof at all. So basically you will not be able to fall asleep until the kids next door stop screaming and their parents stop drinking The roads around the accommodation are so slippery. Terrible customer service. Very disrespectful to the guest.

I booked one night at Hue Ecolodge hoping to have a pleasant comfortable relaxing after 5 days doin business in Hue. However, it eventually turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had with the hospitality industry. Upon check-in, I was requested to make full payment for my accommodation in advance. I gave my credit card to the receptionist. She made 3 transactions which were all reported to have failed. I called my bank and was informed I just made 3 successful transactions at Hue Ecolodge. I showed the receptionist the email confirmations and app codes of the transactions, the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of my credit card for the investigation then asked her to process refund to me. However, again and again, they told me they had not received the money and could not refund to me tho I had talked to my bank many times in front of the staff and my bank had explained the transactions were all succeeded, Hue Ecolodge would receive the money when its representative bank sent Citibank the journal entry requesting for these payments. Yet the staff then asked me to provide my full credit card number which I refused for security matters. I immediately was labeled as uncooperative and trying to make it hard. Their chief accountant then called to lecture me about how a human being should cooperate to solve a problem when it arises. In the end she sent me a long text concluding that I had not paid for my stay yet. To make it worse, she asked the receptionist not to let me checkout since I had not made the payment. So they didn't process checkout nor return my ID card tho I had told them I had a flight to catch. I then had to tell them they could keep all the money and my ID card, I didn't want to continue with this anymore, I gotta go to the airport. And only then did they return my ID but still no check out procedure was made. So from a victim, I became a suspect repudiation in a blink of an eye.
