Questa casa con due camere da letto e un bagno e mezzo si trova con facile accesso a due importanti autostrade (281 e 1604) e numerosi servizi tra cui negozi di alimentari, negozi, cinema, pattinaggio su ghiaccio, minigolf e molto altro! In un tranquillo quartiere circondato da grandi querce, voi e i vostri cari potete rilassarvi e godervi una passeggiata nella natura nel parco del quartiere, giocare a tennis o persino tirare qualche anello. Ci sono viste panoramiche che includono spesso cervi al pascolo nei vicini prati. Dal portico con aria condizionata da 280 piedi quadrati, potrete godervi una tazza di caffè al mattino e guardare gli uccelli o rilassarvi con un bicchiere di vino dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro per l'incantevole San Antonio e le colline circostanti.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The area was quiet and felt very safe, which was a bonus for two women, one of which had never stayed at VRBO rental. It made a very good first impression on her.
If you have any doubts about the trundle bed in one of the bedrooms, don't. I have sleep issues but this bed was very comfortable and I slept surprisingly well.
Host was great as well. I plan on coming back to to San Antonio next year and hope this home will still be available. I would stay here again for sure.

Very nice and cozy home that was clean and had amenities to make us feel at home. The backyard was nice and large enough for our dogs. There are many restaurants and shopping located nearby. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, plus had many deer roaming to make you forget you're in the city! Without hesitation we would stay here during our next visit to San Antonio.

For us the most important part of a vacation is the rental property and this home exceeded our expectations! First, it was very well kept including the yard and dang near immaculate! So clean! Second, the house was well stocked with all the basic necessities I could not believe it we could basically unpack and relax. Didn’t miss a detail. Highly recommend this home and omg the deer! Amazing to see on a daily basis. 10++

We really enjoyed this home for our little getaway to San Antonio. It’s so convenient to everything we planned to do. (We are from DFW and everything in San Antonio seemed to easy to get to) A nice quiet neighborhood and comfortable house. We really loved the sunroom, great for reading a book or having conversations. There are neighborhood white tailed deer that hang around in the yards and that was fun to see. When we come back to San Antonio we plan to stay here again.

It’s located very close to a freeway but far enough that you couldn’t tell from the home. The home was very cozy feeling both rustic and modern in best way possible. Frequent deer sightings in both the front and back! Would love to stay again in a return to San Antonio!

Our stay was the perfect place for us and our older dog. The property description was spot on as listed. The neighborhood was large with lots of trees and a great place for humans and animals to walk. Speaking of animals; the deer herd that calls the area home brought us both to curiosity and smiles all during our long stay. A shopping area is within walking distance or by car. HEB grocery, pet store, Ross' clothing, Marshall's, Nordstrom Rack, salons (hair & nail), Harbor Freight and many local and brand name restaurants.
Many accolades to Cathy and Kevin for a strong commitment to this beautiful place and for allowing us a very peaceful and relaxing stay in San Antonio.
We wouldn't hesitate to return.

So many nice things to say about this property…very nice neighborhood, quiet area, beautiful trees, lovely backyard for our dogs. The bed was really comfortable, everything we needed was available, the host has really decorated nicely, felt really homey. Close to restaurants, shopping & attractions. Would love to stay there again!

I have lived in the area for years and just moved away. This is close to many things, easy access to other areas of SA. I felt safe and enjoyed walking my dog and running in the neighborhood. Loved the backyard and the calm deer grazing. The sun room and kitchen, & yard were cozy and where I spent most of my time. Great communication with host. I even got to pick my own security entry code. I hope to stay here again when I visit. Oh, had my pittie with me and we had a great time. Perfect location for us.

We had a great stay in this home! Miss Cathy is very communicative and very prompt with her replies. We had some unfortunate setbacks and she accommodated us as best as she could.
The home is perfect for anyone. The neighborhood is such a quiet gem. You will love the nature in the city kind of vibes. It’s beautiful!
You have many options for grocery shopping or shopping in general, as well as restaurants. This home is a perfect place to sit back and relax.

The property was great. My husband and I and our 9 yr old corgi were traveling to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately during our trip our dog wasn't feeling well and we discovered he had a large cancerous mass that was causing him pain. We had to make the decision to let him go as we knew he wouldn't be able to make it back home to Colorado. But while he was with us he got to experience his first up close sighting of a deer that was standing in the yard next door. This house was great for a family and fur children as all floors are tile, no carpet. We loved the kitchen and if the weather was a bit cooler the sunroom would have been used more. I highly recommend this property. Very clean, great location, peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Our stay was short and sweet. The pictures do not do this lovely and cozy home justice at all. The home is a mix of country and modern. Snacks and coffee and tea items available. Beds were comfortable. The property is in a lovely neighborhood and its a wonderful place to see deers as they hang around the neighborhood all day and night. Cons: I wish the 2nd bedroom would have maybe had two twins instead of the kids beds. But of course that’s objective as we did not have any small kids with us. A bit too far from Lackland Base for our liking but again that’s subjective due to having to be there by 5 AM and were told to expect heavy lines getting in. If traveling again to San Antonio for any other reason, I would love to stay at this home again.

This is a very warm and welcoming property. We were there for 10 days dealing with some family business, and it was nice to feel like we had a true home away from home. It was convenient to lots of restaurants/grocery/etc, but also in a quiet neighborhood -- with lots of neighborhood deer :-)
We had some plumbing questions/issues early on, but the owners were super quick about getting them addressed, and it was a treat to meet them and learn about the history of the home.
We will definitely look to stay again when we return to San Antonio!

We spent 2 days in SA, we loved this house location, minutes away from everything we needed. Cathy (property manager)always was responding our messages. We traveled with our furry baby, and this house has fences around the house to prevent our dog gets out. We are definitely coming back.

This was our second time at this home and yes, it’s even better than before! We enjoyed the cool air conditioning the minute we entered. As always, this home is a great choice for our family of 4 and we will back for a 3rd next year!

The house itself is so inviting and charming. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The property is so peaceful. Deer roam the neighborhood. There were so many thought out personal touches to make the stay comfortable. They put smiles on our faces. You can tell they really want to make the stay enjoyable. 10/10. Next time we plan a vacation in san antonio, we will plan it around the houses availability. The owners are so friendly. It was a great experience beginning to end.

Everything was perfect and as represented in listing. House was cozy, spacious and clean. We had plenty of towels, linens, etc. super cute home and the sunroom was a nice bonus as well as the games. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with deer roaming around in the evenings. It was conveniently located for the places we visited. It was a comfortable place to relax after long days of tourism. Very easy to contact the host.

Great location, very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and had all amenities we needed. Our dogs enjoyed the large backyard and we liked the biodegradable dog poop system. Will definitely book here again.

Everything was perfect, well maintained and clean. House is in a residential area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. When we arrived to the house there were atleast a half dozen deer across the street. You can watch deer from the sun porch as well. The fenced in yard was great for our son and our dog! Thank you for having us!!

More than 15 years ago we quit staying at hotels in favorite of private residences. This comfortable, clean home on the northern side of SA was one of the best we have ever enjoyed. It was very well appointed, in a convenient and safe location, comfortable, and - most importantly - very clean. We had every thing we needed to make meals in the updated kitchen. The enclosed sunroom was a lovely surprise complete with piano and a view of deer each morn and evening. Our 9 year old nephew loved the trundle bed and the ping pong table in the garage. Check in was a breeze. We wouldn’t hesitate to book the home again for a visit in SA. You will not be disappointed!
