The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly (I travelled with 3 kids so it was really nice to have that help). Dining in Seagull and Fish cá restaurants was great (love the service there). The room is ok, clean with beautiful view.

The smell of the towels and the ventilation in the toilet were not good.

There's a huge sea-water swimming pool there! 3-hours drive from Hanoi and your kid will soak there until the gills grow. Mind the kids room will lots of toys, which will keep your youngster busy and allow you to spend time reading. It's a perfect location for family getaway.

It's a bit crowded, but that's a pure sign of hotel's popularity

The decoration of the room is fantastic.

Employee English cannot speak fluently. ex: I'd asked the front desk to fix the phone since it cannot dial ext to others departs, however, I think the reception cannot understand what I want. And some of the room service sheet has no English version.

The services is not equal to a 5-star hotel. Even my stay happened during those Tet holidays and Covid-19 is still around but that could not be a reason to justify for the poor service quality and I think this is mainly bcos of the management.

Location was good, good view over the sea and swimming pool.

Room was not clean, smell, and furniture was not up to 5 star level. We booked in Grand hotel but after 30 waiting at reception, were informed that our room was actually at Luxury hotel, then another 30 minutes waiting for check in.
