It was fine for one night. The host was nice!

It was not clean, so that could be better. But for one night it was good!

We booked this hotel as a stop off point after the border and before we started The Gibbon Experience. It was a basic hotel and the room was a bit small but it was good value for money. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful

Beautiful majestic building with elegant feel. spacious rooms and our first stay had the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in after 2 months in Thailand and Laos. Lovely lady running the guesthouse helped us with bus tickets. Good location in main backpacker guesthouse area and perfect if you are doing the gibbon experience as their head office is directly opposite.

Very helpful staff, the lady helpt us with planning and transport to Luang Namtha, super. Early in the morning the monks come by for alms round, good view from the hotel's balcony's. Nice and quiet town with 5 min from the hotel a lovely restaurant called Daauw (also vegan pizza) with beautiful sunset view.

Well located Confortable Nice staff Cheap

Easy stop just across the border in Laos. We were headed to the Shompoo slow boat the next day and this place worked great for a quick/cheap layover. The owner is very friendly and likes to chat. FYI, SUPER easy Laos SIM card place right up the street at another hostel.

Beds were not the best, but for the price it can't be beat.

the bed was so hard, the tv is bad working condition needs more plugs in the the bed room and needs plugs in the bath room for elctronic brush charger. The room needs to be updated.

the city itself is not very attractive: 80 % is closed or abandoned and no motorbike for rent.
