Il nostro appartamento ha una posizione perfetta. Le due spiagge più famose di Puerto del Carmen - Playa Grande e Playa Chica distano meno di 500 metri. Il centro commerciale Biosfera si trova a 300 metri di distanza e i supermercati 30-500 metri di distanza. È anche vicino al Porto Vecchio con numerosi ristoranti e un'atmosfera molto accogliente.
L'appartamento è stato recentemente rinnovato e ben attrezzato.
Dispone di due camere da letto, una grande con due letti e la possibilità di mettere una culla e un'altra piccola con un letto matrimoniale.
La cucina ha un piano cottura a induzione, forno, microonde, frigorifero e congelatore, tostapane, bollitore, frullatore e spremi agrumi.
Nell'area lounge sono presenti televisione, DVD e dispositivo musicale.
C'è una lavatrice e possibilità di mettere fasciatoio e seggiolone.
Ha una grande terrazza privata con tavolo e sedie dove si può godere la vista sull'oceano e Fuerteventura sotto il sole di Lanzarote o sotto l'ombrellone che mettiamo a vostra disposizione ;-)

Nous avons passer un super séjour. Appartement très bien équipé dans les moindres détails. Même pour les bébés il y a vraiment tout.
Proche de toutes les commodités
Résidence calme.
Seul petit bémol nous n’avons plus eu de nouvelles du propriétaire une fois réception Des clefs. Pour partir nous avons laisser les clefs dans la boites au lettres n’ayant aucun signe de vie de leur part ni aucunes instructions.

Helle met us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment was in a very good location for supermarkets and shopping centre. The beach is only a 5 /10 min walk. Pool area is well secured as the propertys are all privately owned. The only negative for us was there is no AC and the wifi is not good, and with a 14yr old and a 10yr old we had a few moans...good job we had playing cards.... But all in all we had a great time. Would recommend

Helle met us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment was in a very good location for supermarkets and shopping centre. The beach is only a 5 /10 min walk. Pool area is well secured as the propertys are all privately owned. The only negative for us was there is no AC and the wifi is not good, and with a 14yr old and a 10yr old we had a few moans...good job we had playing cards.... But all in all we had a great time. Would recommend

Good communication from Helle and Jose prior to arriving at the apartment. Apartment is located in a quiet complex close to several supermarkets and the Biosfera shopping centre. The complex is made up of a number of holiday rental and owner occupied apartments. This particular apartment was originally a one bedroomed which has been cleverly converted in to a two bedroomed. Unfortunately access to the king size bed, in the second bedroom, is only possible from the bottom of the bed. Wardrobe space in this room is very limited. Not a problem for us though. The kitchen and bathroom are relatively new and there was plenty of hot water available throughout our stay. The TV has a very limited amount of British channels, but who goes to Lanzarote to watch television. The pool was heated throughout our stay which meant we could swim every day. Plenty of loungers around the pool area, so no need to get up early with a towel. There was a table and chairs available on the patio area which overlooks the pool. The residents who lived there were very friendly and offered advice on places of interest to visit and recommended several good restaurants. Good value clean apartment in a convenient location, which we would book again in the future.

The apartment is perfectly situated so close to the beach and all of the shops. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Helle was always quick to reply to any questions we had. We’ve had an amazing time and will definitely be staying again.

Amazing
The apartment is perfectly situated so close to the beach and all of the shops. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Helle was always quick to reply to any questions we had. We’ve had an amazing time and will definitely be staying again.

Had a vey warm welcoming on arrival from helle and was showed around apartment and told where eveything was. The apartment had the home to home feel nothing needed or to much to ask for. We spent 3 weeks here and would love to returm someday. The pool area which was just in front of apartment down a few steps was always clean. also from apartment had view of the sea which was about 10 minute walk away where the night life is.The apartment is very locally based for shops and bars. was full of friendly people. Thanks helle for everything and a wonderful stay

Apartment location was great, a little way up from the strip and far away enough that the nightly noise was not heard. The apartment was very well equipped it was very much a home from home, the best beds we have had so far on holiday, the kitchen was equipped so well you would have no need to eat out if you did not want to, location on the hill gave a great view of the ocean and fuertaventura and the mountains to the south of the island, the bathroom has any easy access shower so great for those with mobility problems, overall a great base for a holiday in Puerto Del Carmen

Apartment location was great, a little way up from the strip and far away enough that the nightly noise was not heard. The apartment was very well equipped it was very much a home from home, the best beds we have had so far on holiday, the kitchen was equipped so well you would have no need to eat out if you did not want to, location on the hill gave a great view of the ocean and fuertaventura and the mountains to the south of the island, the bathroom has any easy access shower so great for those with mobility problems, overall a great base for a holiday in Puerto Del Carmen

lovely apartment.very spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful kitchen.full size fridge and freezer and hob and oven.close to the strip,lovely swimming pool.plenty of towels and bed linen.helle and jose couldn't of done more to help.will definatly be returning to this property next year

Hemos pasado una semana genial .La casa muy bien ubicada , una de las habitaciones era muy pequeña de hecho solo era el ancho y lsrgo de la cama pero todo en general muy bien,volvería sin pensarlo.
