Great service, superb quality.

We could hear the plumbing through the walls. It eventually stopped, but it was disruptive for a short period.

I have been to three Fazanos and I love them. The bedding is outstanding. The rooms are always comfortable and well appointed. The service is excellent.

The breakfast is excellent but I would prefer better eggs. I realize this is Brazil and I'm looking for a more European or American style so it isn't completely fair to ask - except that the cost raises expectations. I'm just not love with endless cakes and sweets for breakfast which others might adore. I was also a bit surprised not to be recognized as a repeat visitor. It isn't that important to me but it was a missed opportunity. The service is a tiny bit cold and that might have made it a bit more personal.
