Exactly what we were looking for, peace and quiet with very few people, surrounded by bird song and squirrels!. Plenty of woods and walking, nature at its best. Friendly guy at reception. Lovely welcome gifts for us and our dogs. Definitely recommend this for well earned escape from day to day life. Accommodation was more than adequate, with everything we needed and comfortable beds!

Kitchen utensils were basic but sufficient. A hoover would have been handy. WiFi a bit patchy but again sufficient.

Lage Pierre and Oisterwijk areas are incredibly beautiful for bike rides but make sure you find a proper bike rental.

Very old and not well maintained building. Basic cleaning before arrival, you would spend a few hours cleaning yourself. Very uncomfortable old fashion bed (one of those with cardboard underneath and with head and feet frames, so if you're taller than 180cm you won't be able to extend your legs). Very little amenities (not even hand soaps), nothing in the pantry. Kettle needs serious decalcifying. The bungalow has no privacy at all, since it's right on the main road of the park and right in front of a public playground. No much grass surrounding the house and ver dry almost sandy road so every time there's car passing by it becomes very dusty. No mosquito net in any of the window. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it.
