The room was spacious and clean, the staff was amazing especially the ladies who made us breakfast. I had a great time

The shower could be a lil more cleaner the glass had some grime

I booked the executive suite , rooms were spacious , beds super comfy and shower/tub really good with extremely hot water. Not sure if the unit gets cleaned on a regular basis , was alittle dirty. Cupboards didn't have the best smell. Breakfast was lovely and staff extremely helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay, centrally located and easy to find. Breakfast was good, they should try switching up on menue as it becomes stalemate. Pool was clean, garden well kept. I would definitely recommend the stay, room size is nice and big for two traveling a small family of 4 could easily manage too.

My bathroom wasn't the cleanest on arrival I feel the shower could be cleaned a bit more thorough. I feel the balcony should not be charged as extra.

You need to have carpets in your rooms, proper cosmetics in the bath room. Get proper furniture

The picture is misleading. The place needs a bit of attention.

The room was quite spacious and had an air conditioner. We also had a back up generator in case of loadshedding. The area is quite safe and peaceful.

There was no microwave in the room. The Coffee machine was a bit complicated to use.

The hotel is in a nice location, the pool was amazing.

The first room I got had a smell from the bathroom. After speaking to the guy at the reception I was given another room which was way better. When making a booking it included a breakfast which I asked the options upon arrival. I was told there is also a hot meal and a buffer but when I went for the breakfast there was only cereals, the lady's in the kitchen didn't even care as when I asked one of them said that what i see is the only option they give everyday for breakfast. I find it disappointing as not everyone eats cereals.

The cold breakfast and didn't even get juice the first day The smell of mold on the curtains and in the kitchen and also on the roof, not sure if it's safe. Not everything was in the unit as advertised on the advert, like the microwave, mini bar, and hairdryer. You had to pay for mini bar items which weren't in the room? The unit was also not clean. Walls, curtains, and patio when we arrived, and even the day after.

Quality of some of the furniture needed replacing Things not working like lights, fridge in the room, TV. Floor tiles in the shower need a good scrub with bleach

The experience was bad, (1) from checking in, no contracting, meaning should anything happen the hotel is not legally bound anyhow - we don't even know the name of the guy that checked us in since he had no name tag on and didn't even bother to introduce himself; (2) the room was literally dirty, it was like it was just mopped with dirty water, there was long black hairs everywhere e.g bathroom tab, bathroom floors, the basin, etc... just to show it was not cleaned at all; (3) I don't even want to mention the curtain, they were just dirty, like they haven't been washed for ages; (4) the breakfast was just cold and dry; and (5) when we checkout the same guy wanted us to pay for the complementary drinks we found in the fridge (meaning, they are not complementary but just placed there to entice guests then make them pay later - so be careful).

Everything is old and not comfortable, the toilet in Room 8 disaster, the place is not as clean as I thought it would be...The gate is closer to the rooms and makes so much noise, the rooms next to the kitchen are bad because those ladies makes so much noise and around 6:30
