Nice and clean. The staff is very approachable and the receptionist know how to speak english.

Not to near to the city

The property is situated in Tsuen Wan, near by metro named Kwai Hing through which can be accessed every where. Hotel has a very quick room service.

Well, we didn't like the size of the room for 2 person it's ok. But for 3 person it's smaller and bathroom could have been made little bit bigger size

I think the bed for me is not enough the size of bed because looks like small size but I tell is Large .Am not comfortable the bed size

The room was clean and the location quite convenient.

Reception was friendly and did assist. If you speak English it may be a problem there English is limited to the basics

Location was Ok, short walk to 2 MTR stations. about a 30 min ride to the city.

The rooms are small but for the price is quite acceptable.

Lack of amenities. They didn't even have coffee sachets or a spoon. The refrigerator was unstable, inside not cold but overheated till things on the counter top above the fridge was warm.

What I like about the property is there is shortcut for MRT and Malls it is very accessible if you want to go to the Mall or MRT. Also the bed are comfy and the housekeeping staff are so nice and they clean the room everyday.

What I don’t like about the room is super small also the bathroom space doesn’t make sense at all. You can also hear the room next to you. We heard the other room they are making love the couple was so loud and it is traumatizing. They should make the room at least sound proof.

Good value for money, efficient staFF

The room is quite good than averages and worth the money. I like Kwai Fong location, there are many affordable, clean, tasty restaurants in Kwai Fong area. If you want to experience very local lifestyle, food, I recommend you to stay in this area.// I suggest the superior room as the room is bigger and there is a mini fridge in the room.

Actually, nothing. But, for others they may care about the street outside the hotel. By the way, I don't mind. I think I am alright and definitely I will choose to stay here again when I will be back in HK.
