Had great stay location best bit as close to beach/ferry/shell bay.steve excellent host even met him and his dog! Local restaurants great especially shell bay across on ferry. 2nd time at property and would recommend!

We loved our first trip to Sandbanks. The property was just as advertised and suited us perfectly. The house and garden area were both lovely and the drive for two cars saved us a fortune as we felt we had a perfect beach right on our doorstep (just a couple of minutes walk to the beach / ferry) Would love to stay again!!! We had an excellent time staying at this property. Steve gave us clear instructions and communications were excellent throughout. Very clean and tidy place and the location is superb. We would definitely recommend this for a stay and we will book again.

Great property in a fab location. so much to do and seee in the local Dorset area. Property is an upstairs 3 bedroom flat with decking and outside space. very nice. Would have given 5 stars but boiler not working correctly and we had a lack of hot water.

Brilliant location for beach and chain ferry. The property is clean with all equipment that’s needed. Lovely to have the body boards and beach trolley - very handy. Great communication with host Would happily stay again :)

The apartment was fabulous, it was faultless, beautiful prime location with the beach only a few minutes walk away. Super clean and excellent facilities. The host was amazing too. I know any other holiday will never compete with this one. Would definitely like to return again.

In reality even better than the pictures. Bright with lots of space. A fabulous place to be, with you own parking and smart TV. Quiet road close to the beach. Hosts excellent and always available but never in your face. Will definitely return.

Great property in a fantastic location. Steve and Gail were excellent hosts. I have stayed in many holiday cottages over the years but the level of communication and detailed info prior to arrival and departure was second to none. There are a few local restaurants in the area that are really nice, plenty of stuff to do locally, paddle boarding, boat hire, excursions (The chain ferry onto Studland was great -we used the bikes), u-escape in Bournemouth I would highly recommend. We filled our week doing lots of stuff locally in Bournemouth and Poole which are only very short drives away, stayed with my two teenage lads and the property has absolutely everything you need in a great location and we would highly recommend it.

We highly recommend this fantastic property. Amazing location - ideal for the lovely beach. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Steve and Gail were fantastic hosts and were extremely helpful from the initial booking until the end of our stay.

Well appointed and comfortable. Good communication with owner when needed. Excellent stay. We will be revisiting!

We’ve had an amazing holiday , the apartment was home from home. It was spotless. The owners left kitchen facilities like tea, coffee, milk, juice and cookies, which was a pleasant touch. Contact with the owners was amazing they always answered our texts within 5-10 mins, there Neighbours where very help and kind. We hope to return in the future.

Great comms with owner throughout, brilliant property and wonderful base to swim ,cycle and walk....a real home from home.

Wonderful week in a very clean, comfy apartment that had everything you’d need. Lovely enclosed dog friendly garden and a great balcony area to sit out in the sunshine. Thoughtful welcome pack on approval. Couple of mins from the beach and sea, would definitely recommend. Thank you for everything.
