Die zentrale Lage, die gute Ausstattung (Strandstühle mit Sonnenschirm und Kühlbox), der direkte Zugang zum Strand und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Der Service bzw. die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter-Team war auch super :)

Beautiful little place! Bed was more comfortable than a resorts. The air conditioner worked well and was controllable with a ceiling fan too! The beach front is great and there were chairs with an umbrella. The pool was nice and good nachos at the bar by it.

Hot water goes out quick, but with the humidity a cooler shower is better 🤣

it has everything you need and is owned by locals instead of some giant hotel chain. truly a beautiful stay

You have everything that you need in the room. Very good located, having the sea next and with free acces to the pool. Nice view also from the balcony. You can shortly walk to the bars and clubs of Cancun. For sure we plan to come back and stay longer.

The people were really great to deal with ,with good organisation and communication. The apartment is only steps away from the beach

The place and hostess -Ariadna were wonderful. We've had a wonderful beginning of the trip thanks to Ariana's thoughtfulness and the stay in this beautiful apartment with direct access to the sea and a cool swimming pool. Also the location was really good, next to all the necessary amenities, the surfin burrito ❤ and the majority of the best clubs Cancún has to offer. The room had all we needed, and was very comfortable in general. Thank you Ariadna for being such a wonderful hostess!
