Got air-conditioning in all the rooms and quite comfy beds, that's the only good things I can think of.

The entire experience was unenjoyable. We arrived to the apartment slightly earlier than the scheduled check in which was at 2pm. We were required to wait as they say the room was occupied and needs to be cleaned prior to the check out and we can check in at around 2.30pm. At 2pm, we contacted the housekeeper asking if we could check in on time as we waited for so long already. He escorted us to the room which was quite pleasant and similar to the images shown in this website. As we were unwinding and having a break after our early flight to Jakarta, the housekeeper asked us to switch room unit which was in a different block. Imagine you have actually rummaged through your suitcases thinking that you can finally settle down, you were required to change rooms. It was totally absurd, we also travelled with a disabled person which makes it rather more troublesome when this matter occurred. The unit we were transferred to was wayyyy worse than the one we temporarily stayed in. I couldn't understand the reason why we needed to transfer as we were still given the same number of rooms in the other unit, other than the bad conditions of the room in comparison to the previous one. The master bedroom's bathroom door knob kept falling off and one of our family members even got herself locked in the bathroom because the knob got jammed. There was also water puddles in the bathroom floor that kept causing the bathroom to be constantly wet. The door of the cupboard in the one of the rooms also came of as soon as I opened it. Thank god it didn't hit my head as this is clearly a dangerous hazard since it is the door of the top shelf. There was also dusts on some areas of the room and toilet as well. They also didn't provide water bottles like the unit we were previously assigned to and we even reminded the housekeeper to replenish the water bottles just in case he actually forgotten to do so whilst cleaning the room earlier.
