Spaziosa casa con 6 camere da letto e 4 bagni situata a Lago Mar ~ a pochi minuti da Sandbridge Beach e Virginia Beach. Lago Mar è un bellissimo quartiere di Virginia Beach, in Virginia, noto per la sua posizione vicino alla parte rurale della città a sud-est, con grandi lotti, ampie strade e proprietà boscose. Siamo a pochi minuti da ottimi luoghi di svago e di intrattenimento all'aperto tra cui Sandbridge Beach, Back Bay Wildlife, fattorie e stand di ortaggi, VA Marine Science Museum e Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
La nostra bella casa a 2 piani ha pavimenti in legno in soggiorno e sala da pranzo, così come controsoffitti in granito in cucina e bagni. L'open space offre molti posti a sedere per riunioni di famiglia. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, fornelli a gas, caffettiera a tazza K e doppio forno. Le camere da letto 1 e 2 si trovano al primo piano. Il salotto ha un divano letto estraibile. La camera da letto 3 ha una combinazione doppia / estraibile ed è la camera più grande con divano e TV. Despite the rain my brothers and sisters had a very relaxing time together. The property was beautiful and the bedrooms , kitchen and dining are were perfect for us to gather and share time with each other

Granddaughter had a softball World Series tournament in Virginia Beach. So we came down to watch that and enjoy the beach. The house had enough room for everyone. We enjoyed it the ping-pong table, the bikes, all in all it was a Great week. Everything was within a 3 to 7 mile area. Well worth it.

There were 12 of us and a 1.5 year old. We had an amazing time in Virginia Beach which was made possible by the incredible home we stayed in. Everything was provided which made it very convenient from making meals, to playing volleyball or ping pong, to finally lounging/relaxing on the deck. The host thought of everything and was an absolute joy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much from my family to yours!

This property is amazing! Easy access to everything to do in Virginia Beach. Owners Go out of their way to help if needed. Some of my Grandkids wanted me to buy the house so they could come back every year. Thanks for a good time in Virginia Beach.

There were 10 of us gathered together to celebrate sheriff Ken Stolle’s retirement. This lovely home easily accommodated us. Best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you!

The property is located in a neighborhood. Very nice and safe area to take a run . It was conveniently located halfway between the more commercial Virginia Beach area and quieter Sandbridge beach. We were there for a family wedding . We drove to most of our destinations within ten minutes. The house was well stocked and it was great having so many bathrooms for everyone to get ready simultaneously. The deck was lovely and the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies , spices and condiments. Don’t bring mustard because there was plenty. It was great to have room to cook and gather to save money on meals out. Also everyone has plenty of space to decompress. Don’t bring beach supplies because they are all there along with some bikes! Convenient to shopping and any needs you can think of. We kept saying “Cheryl left us this and that “ pictures are completely accurate .

We had a group of 4 siblings and their families and this was perfect for all of us with ample room for personal space as well as great common areas! The house is very clean, well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located as well, both for those interested in the beach (and those who aren't).

We stayed here for a yearly family vacation. This rental property was amazing and had more than enough room for 10 adults and 3 children. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had and immediately addressed them.

The house had plenty of room for all of us. It is family friendly. When we arrived it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and all cooking essentials. The deck and yard are very spacious. There was also everything you would need for the beach. It is a great location close to not only the Virginia Beach boardwalk but local family beaches as well. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful location.

This house is in a great location and neighborhood! Beautiful home inside and out. 20 minutes from the VA beachfront, 8 minutes from Sandbridge beach. 10 minutes from water park, aquarium. Many shopping centers and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Volleyball net set up in backyard, corn hole boards, bikes, ping pong table. We would highly recommend!

The Zelle’s home is beautiful and comfortable! We were a group of 12 (6 Couples) and at no point during our family gathering did we feel uncomfortable! The home is decorated beautifully and comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Communication with Cheryl was always easy and I felt as if we would’ve needed her for anything she would’ve been there. As I mentioned the home has everything and it is beautifully maintained / managed so there was no reason for me to contact her during our stay.

Cheryl’s property was exactly as listed and worked perfectly for our annual reunion trip with 4 families. It’s 10 minutes for Sandbridge beach which we loved. Cheryl was a great host.

We really loved the property, house is just as described, clean and is on a quiet and beautiful neighborhood . We spent most of the time at the beach but the house has everything you need to enjoy the stay. Thank you Cheryl!

My wife and I have not been together with all 4 daughters and their families and loved ones at the same time since Pre-Covid It was important that we rented the right place for us. This home and property checked all the boxes. It was close to all that Virginia Beach had to offer but not too close. The property was large enough that everyone had their own space but intimate when you wanted it to be. It had all of the amenities and then some. Overall, it was perfect and we were able to create so many wonderful memories that we’ll take with us for a lifetime. We collectively did not want it to end. Sibling Weekend at Virginia Beach
This is an idea property for family gatherings. Plenty of room, well laid out, and plenty to do. The location is a quick 10 minute drive to the beach which we enjoyed all three days we were there. Would definitely consider this property for future visits to Virginia Beach.

Excellent Family Beach Vacation
The property was well maintained and was very comfortable. Plenty of amenities were available all through out the house to include a garage full of outdoor activity items and games for our 7 years of age and younger kids. The host provided constant communication throughout the process and provided contact numbers if anything was needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property.

My aunts and uncles stayed at this property during our family reunion, which was very nearby the house where the rest of us were staying. This home worked perfectly for them, especially having two bedrooms on the first floor for those with limited mobility. They were able to spread out, but there was plenty of room in the common spaces to be together. They said over and over how kind Cheryl was, and how nice the information was that she left for them. They were very happy the entire time!

The master bed and bath were huge and fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed for meals. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the linens were clean and well maintained.
The kids loved having the ping pong table in the garage.
The only thing I would have changed is the security system chiming in the master bedroom every time a door was opened.

We picked this property for our family reunion with our kids and grandkids, and it was a hit! Besides being an easy drive to the beach, the adults enjoyed the spacious indoors and the grands loved the big fenced yard to run around and play in. Quiet Bosch dishwasher, picnic table outside, lots of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys were all a plus. Very happy with everything and would return in the future!

This place was just perfect for all our family to stay at while visiting the new grand baby in the area. There was a downstairs bedroom and bath for the great grandma with her walker and plenty of bedrooms And baths for everyone. The large dining room seated us all and the kitchen table was great for games. The volleyball court in the yard was perfect ( one of our party played college volleyball) while those that didn’tplay could hold the baby and watch while sitting on the spacious deck. They enjoyed playing ping pong as well. Thanks for the perfect accommodations!

Great place to stay while visiting family
This place was just perfect for all our family to stay at while visiting the new grand baby in the area. There was a downstairs bedroom and bath for the great grandma with her walker and plenty of bedrooms And baths for everyone. The large dining room seated us all and the kitchen table was great for games. The volleyball court in the yard was perfect ( one of our party played college volleyball) while those that didn’t

This was a couple Vacation that we do every year.
This property is absolutely! Amazing.... this was our second time staying at this property. Our first experience was wonderful this place was everything one could ever imagine clean decorative, beautiful plants inside as well as outside the landscape was well maintained and the neighborhood was just gorgeous. I mean every house in the neighborhood was absolutely! Amazing. The owner was very pleasant as we got to meet her this time. You could never go wrong staying at this beautiful property. However, this time when we were there it wasn't cleaned well, and there were little things that needed some attention.; ants were inkitchen area, mater toilet seat was broken and the blasters rallings were very dirty, floors and carpet needed cleaned better. Also we ended up having to buy toilet paper as their wasn't extra left in bathrooms. Note their were 5 women and 5 men that stayed at this property. But with that being said. We would continue to make this our property our #1 place to stay. Thanks to the Zell family for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Mini Vacation
We chose Va Beach as a quick getaway with some of our close friends. This home was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, spacious and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The owners were great and responsive and I would recommend this home to any of my family and friends.
