There were some problems with the toilet and bidet

The surrounding not so looking good... It is dirty to look at.. I think the whole building need to be repaint and put any wall decorations that can attract the guests.

Should be renovated because so dirty to look at especially the wallings.

The building is scary and feels unsafe in case of fire or earthquake. The bathroom is unclean.

I like the easy access of grocery supplies at the 7th floor. I appreciate the help of the staff esp in transfering our things up & down the floor. And the kids love the convenience of the location near the coffee shops... and also the availability of the pool.

Unfortunately, the hot shower was not working in our room during our stay.

Load music at night due to a bar behind us. Couldn't find a key to the room due to poor communication.

The room is big and it was clean, spacious and amenities. You can cook with utensils. The view was great.

it was a big family group of more than 20 and it wasn’t coordinated appropriately that two rooms weren’t cleaned yet, they were given keys to all 3 units and laid down and rest thinking the room was already cleaned but then a few hrs after they were told they still have to cleaned the rooms. They also had to transfer from 1 floor to the other because it wasn’t properly communicated that the higher floors were not yet cleaned.

The booking was made on April 27-30, 2023. The owner is poor in customer service. I booked the room when I was outside the country for a family vacation, 7 adults and a minor of 15y.o. It shows in the booking.com app that rooms are available and it didn't specify for some reason that the owner has different units in the building, some have rooms and some are flats. It was disappointing when we arrived that the unit is flat and the 8 of us will stay in a small area. The ads says there are 5 bedrooms that are available, and it was really misleading. The caretaker was asking for an apology and called the owner and to my dismay the owner was rude. He arrogantly explained how he set it up in the booking.com app and won't listen to me as his customer. It seems that he was pointing that it was my fault when I booked it on the same app & did not select the correct option. I just did the filter of 7 adults & a minor and all photos showed up as one for Obaid's Condo at Winland Towers. The description that Mr. Obaid was trying to tell me was not showing up when I booked it a month ahead about those units that have rooms and their rates. The owner was not willing to compromise so I told him that I will get another room. He checked his bookings and said they're fully booked, they have 1 room available but after a few days we will have to leave the room because someone booked them on a certain date which is inconvenient if we will transfer from one room to another.. We decided to stay on the flat they've reserved for us but it was really uncomfortable. It serves as a lesson especially when you are booking internationally. Be cautious of this kind of businessman.
