- Camminare per 15 minuti fino alla fermata del circuito di Music City presso il parco del Bicentenario (servizio di autobus gratuito in centro dalle 6:00 alle 18:00 tranne la domenica)
- Fai una passeggiata di 30 minuti (il mio preferito! Lungo il percorso sfogliare Farmers Market, quindi checkout parco bicentenario, quindi adottare le misure di capitale fino alla creazione di capitale dello Stato (controllare la vista!), Poi a War Memorial Plaza e il tuo centro! Solo una breve passeggiata fino alla Chiesa di San quartiere dei divertimenti, e si deve uscire sul ponte pedonale sul fiume Cumberland solo per la vista di Nashville !!

Had a great time catching up with friends and staying in this lovely house. There was a slight hiccup at check in but our host was very responsive and got us squared away immediately. Really clean house, comfortable beds with plenty of space to spread out and labeled light switches to boot. The house is in a nice area of town too. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean home with lots of amenities. Perfect for 2 couples since each bedroom had its own bathroom. Our favorite spot was the backyard. So relaxing and very nice. Will stay again when we come back.

This house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The host was extremely responsive although we had little to communicate about. Entry was easy, the house had everything we needed and more. The location was five minutes to downtown and a $7.00 Uber ride. We would stay here again if we get a chance to return to Nashville.

Had a great stay. Very clean. Was the perfect home for 2 adult couples. Both bedrooms had an en-suite which was nice. Close proximity to Broadway and on a quiet street. There is the interstate behind the home but it was never enough noise to worry about and could only hear the traffic when sitting in the hot tub or in the back yard. Very quiet in the home. Overall a great place to stay!

The property was extremely clean and beautifully laid out. My husband and I traveled with another couple and we all had plenty of space. The patio was outstanding. Such a beautiful outdoor area.
There was a grocery store in walking distance. Also, some small local restaurants we enjoyed nearby. We Ubered, and even walked to Nashville. We felt fortunate that there was no need for a rental car. We were able to catch many sights in Nashville and enjoy local flavor.

Such a bonus to have a house with two master suites. The back yard was great to relax in before heading into the city and well as enjoying the hot tub at the end of the day! There is a great farmers market within walking distance. Richard is an extremely responsive host, we will be back!

Perfect landing pad for a Nashville long weekend with friends. Property is a short Lyft/Uber ride to the downtown bar district on Broadway. Cost was between $8 and $14 depending on the time. More convenient and cheaper than driving. We drove once and paid $50 to park for a few hours.
The hot tub was a delight, beautifully situated in the oasis right outside the back door.
The house had everything you need and even some extra’s. The beds were SUPER comfortable!

We were looking for a home with a private backyard and good proximity to downtown and this listing did not disappoint. First, Richard was very responsive and friendly to work with. He gave us clear checkin information a week prior and was always available if we had a question. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable. The pictures represent the home very well and shopping is very close. This was our friend’s first VRBO experience and they enjoyed every minute of it.

A friend and I were on a road trip and stopping in Nashville for a couple nights. This property looked like the perfect place to unwind while also being close enough to downtown Nashville to be able to enjoy the city. Both bedrooms were great, with their own bathrooms, so we each had our own privacy. It was great to use the hot tub at the end of the night, prior to going to sleep; and it was even better waking up in the morning to use the fireplace while we enjoyed our morning coffee/breakfast. Getting in and out of the house was easy and convenient. Parking was readily available, without any issues. Downtown wasn't too far of a walk, with plenty of cool bars and restaurants along the way to make the walk seem even shorter. The Uber/Lyft back to the house was short and quick. Plenty of delivery options for food and/or groceries to the house as well. The owner was great at communicating as well, when we had a couple questions regarding the property. He also included a binder full of great, nearby recommendations. We would happily stay here again if and when we swing through Nashville again!

Loved our stay at the Arthur Avenue home. The house was lovely and had all the comforts of home. Beds, linens and towels were top quality. A short Uber ride to downtown, averaging $10-$20 in the evening. Would definitely stay there if we return and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Nashville!

The property was very clean and spacious. Rick communicated entrance instructions very clearly and was very prompt in communication. The backyard and jacuzzi were a bonus. We used Uber a lot because we had my elderly parents with us. Very quick Uber ride to downtown and 17 minutes to airport. Kroger grocery store is a short walk away. It was the perfect place to stay!

When coming from far and a day of travel nothing like just needing to get drinks and snacks for after your nights out!! Also tried recommendations for local spots and allll were fantastic!!
