Stuff was not cooperative.. Household was horrible.. Not satisfactory at all.

Das Personal hat uns bei der Essensbestellung per Lieferservice sehr geholfen und uns bei der Stornierung eine Nacht erlassen.

Schlechte Lage, keine Service, sehr klein, sehr hellhörig (vielleicht war es auch ein S3x Hotel als ich über die Schreie bescherte wurde gelächelt. ...), schmutzig. Kein Platz für große Koffer. Die Dusche ist klein wie in einem Wohnmobil. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und sind am nächsten Morgen ausgecheckt.

隔音有点差。厕所门的隔层设计有点奇怪，冲凉的水会流出厕所外，导致房间一部分湿透了😅

Arrived at the hotel early to storage our luggage , the manager let us enter the room earlier, really appreciate it because we arrived in Singapore early in the morning, arrived at the hotel at noon feeling very tired, they observed and asked us if we would like to enter the room earlier, thank you!

The hotel room lighting is not very bright, but it seems to be like this in Singapore.

The hotel was clean , good, very comfortable, staff was very friendly. Good value for money. The cheapest budget friendly hotel in Singapore but with all good facilities and comforts for that value. Hotel was clean and ideal for a solo traveller or a couple. However there were too much noises outside the corridor and hallway of tourists slamming doors, being loud if you wanna have a good night's sleep after a tiring day forget about it. You can't. That's not the fault of the hotel but the tourists and the hotel rooms are not sound proof you can literally hear the noise of the hair dryer blowing of the other person in the room. You won't be able to sleep until morning the next day due to noises.

Hotel 81 Orchid is a budget hotel that is often frequented by tourists because of its location and price. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the overall stay was good.

I can live without this - bidet! hahahaha but it would’ve been better if there was one

I like the property and will stay there again however, the staff could’ve been more forthcoming and accommodating. I booked for a triple room only to be informed that supposedly they only have 1 triple room that was on the picture and the other triple room that was given to us wasn’t the one I booked for but I was told that they only have limited rooms per floor of the one I booked … it doesn’t make sense to me what they were trying to tell me but I feel like I was deceived of what I have seen on pictures on their web when I was choosing for rooms to book for the family . Nevertheless, housekeeping specifically this one gentleman made up for all their shortcomings! He was very hardworking and he deserved a raise !!

very bad place. the bathroom is very small. we booked a queen bed and they gave us two single beds. the sector is not good. you have to take more than one bus or train to get the main sectors. is very expensive for the facilities.

The staff was very friendly in the reception area. The hotel itself and reception aren't bad. The room was clean and had all the amenities we required. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Wifi was also readily available. It was very close to the bus top and the main area had some good street food. It's a good trade-off if you don't want to stay in a capsule hotel.

The room is very small with no windows. We knew this when booking but we were still a bit surprised considering the price. The area around the hotel isn't the best so be aware when booking here. The toilet seat kept falling and everything gets wet when you shower.
