What a wonderful 11 days we have just returned from. Villa Maurora was fantastic. Great location in the village, bright and modern apartment, lovely gardens, stunning views, but most of all the owners Ira and Ilia and their family couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. A beautiful place and a beautiful family. Thank you 😊

Apartment Maurora is a beautiful property in the small, green village of Zaton, which is really close to Dubrovnik's old town. There we found wild nature with cliffs and forests, as well as a waterfront avenue with restaurants and a small pier where we booked our three-island boat tour to Elafiti islands.
The property was really clean and beautiful. The pool is big enough and nice enough for kids to swim in and have lots of fun! The second-floor apartment with the balcony has a stunning view of the mountains. The area around the property was quiet and felt really safe. The hosts of the Apartment Maurora are wonderful, super nice, and very helpful people! They truly care about their guests and made our stay very comfortable and homelike! If you are a family with kids, we really recommend staying in the apartment Maurora!

A great , fresh lace to stay. Very family friendly! The host Ira did that little extra to make it a pleasant stay. For instance providing some extra toys for the children making some of the rainier days easier.
The surroundings (Zaton) has nice harbour area, some restaurants and a beatiful coastal line.

Located in a quiet village a few miles out of busy Dubrovnik. The perfect haven for chilling after a day sightseeing. The private pool was a bonus and we swam even though it was early May. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. Ira and family very welcoming - thanks for gift and homemade cakes!

Lovely apartment on the edge of a beautiful quiet seaside village, just a few minutes walk from great restaurants, a handy little supermarket and lots of great swimming and snorkelling spots.
The owners are delightful and did everything needed to make our stay special in their lovely modern well appointed apartment with a fully fitted kitchen, AC, large lounge, and off street parking.
We had our own sun terrace and shared use of a lovely well maintained clean swimming pool. 10/10

Ira and her family were amazing hosts. Lovely apartment and pool. 5 minute walk to delicious restaurants and great beach. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Ira and her husband Ilya were welcoming and lovely. When we had small requests, or needed information, they were responsive immediately. The apartment is cool, clean and amply equipped. The pool is a few steps away and it serves as a way of cooling off. There are loungers and shade.
Zaton Veliki is a 3 minute walk downhill and has restaurants, a bakery, bars, a small supermarket and access to the gorgeous bay. Use water shoes for the water and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Thre sre small beaches and coves, and some shade.
We used the tourist information office several times and learned about bus times, which can be erratic.
Overall, it's a lovely place and the apartment is a great base for exploring this area and Dubrovnik. A trip to Ston, with amazing city walls running into the hills is definitely recommended.

The apartment is equipped with all the things a tourist needs to relax. I especially liked the terraced garden architecture with great views. Facility very clean. Swimming pool very well maintained. The hosts very welcoming, helpful and nice.

We had a fantastic holiday at Apartment Maurora. Everything we needed for our stay and more was provided in the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and the owners are genuinely nice people. Couldn't have asked for more!

Villa Maurora is the perfect place to stay near Dubrovnik to visit the area and also to go to Ston or Mljet Island. It is very convenient and easy to find.
The appartement was really perfect for our family (4 people). It is clean and well equipped, with air conditioning. Our appartment had a beautiful terrace with a view on the sea.
The village of Zaton is really beautiful and good restaurants to try.
The hosts, Ira and her husband, are very helpful and very sweet. Quickly there if you need anything, living in a city nearby. We recommend this place and have spent a wonderful stay.

This is a perfect for family vacation. owners are really kind and the house has everything for you. swimming pool is perfect for children and sea view terrace is the best place for chill-out. the beach- 3 min walk away- is super clean like a crystal. we will definitely come back again!
