It was absolutely beautiful, historic and surprising. A hidden gem. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

There was a smell of drains from the toilet that permeated the room at night. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too static which left us with stiff backs and stiff necks in the morning. The beautiful staircase was well polished and unfortunately also a bit too slippery so I slid down the stairs to the reception in the morning. Fortunately I was not hurt and everyone rushed to assist. The property was quite difficult to find, and better signeage would have been helpful.

Very nice hotel, very tipycal Thaï style beautiful decoration. The staff is very friendly. The swimming pool and gardens are amazing.

General design, convenient location

A little bit crumped in its location. Not much space around the property. Shower in bathtub. Still had Christmas decorations which do not do justice to the historical design of the property. Some carton boxes in the lobby also is sad for the harmony with the design.

Lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and very obliging

The hotel is an absolute marvel! We loved the architecture and the interior of this fantastic place, feeling there as we would stay in a noble house from the time of Sukhothai kingdom, full of stories and history. Beautifully decorated, this place gives you the feeling of living in the past, at the same time offering the luxury of a modern hotel. The staff is amazingly attentive, welcoming you like a family member. The restaurant gives you the chance to enjoy delicious Northern style dishes, served with love. We stayed in Shinnabhura Historic Boutique Hotel twice within 10 days. And we would always choose it in the future. Shinnabhura made our stay in Pitsanulok a highlight.

Its a beautiful boutique hotel with lots of Thailand historical part. The decoration is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the one in the restaurant. The bed was comfy and big.

The noise from the road outside the hotel very noisy! The room was a bit dark and not much light. The location of the hotel was a bit far from everything especially if you got no car.

The hotel was really nice. There is a history of the city and surrounding area. The old buildings are so beautiful.

I booked the hotel, when I saw the bathtub but I couldn’t use it because it was not comfortable for getting a relax as I thought. There was a noise from an electric device all the time, a bit annoyed.

It’s new in the Historic concepts .

Keep up is not up to standards the door of the room closes with loud noises,water in the room not strong enough,not enough skill staffs.

Shared parking lot with restaurant often left us parking in an unlit gravel lot. Breakfast tilted to Thai tastes but good, fresh food.

Locatiion.

I am Thai. I really want to support Thai hotel especially owned by local Thai owner. But I am quite disappointed with my stay here. The hotel is very nice with extraordinary decoration of Northern Thai style. But the management is very poor. I stay 3 nights and experience 2 days of forgetting make up rooms. Coming back from sightseeing whole day long and find out that nobody clean or make up the room for 2 consecutive days. The first day might be a mistake. But the second day is absolutely unacceptable especially for what I paid at this rate. It is absolutely the poor management.
