Breakfast was ok. Location was horrible.

The hotel did not try to make any accommodations with us after our vehicle was broken into and items was stolen out of it.

It was close to everything we did and had a cute Mexican restaurant we could walk to

The first room we got the door was broken but they did kindly move us

Good place for a stopover or if you want to stay out of the city a little

Fire alarm went off twice while I was resting from louisiana very aggravated

How clean it was, close to food places and downtown Nashville

Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not so bad but can be better.

Only one staff member after morning. They didnt clean our room and when we reached back and asked in evening, they had no one to clean our room or send any supplies to room. we were asked to pick it up from reception. Bathroom door has a gap and no option to lock either which might be a issue with families staying together.

If could go below a 1 i would. Housekeeping left door open while I was out. I came back and toilet was used and unflushed, clothing, some cash & phone charger had been stolen. Front desk worker "Ann" was extremely rude. Emailed manager about issue and he has not responded. Worst stay due to poor staff and management ever! The neighborhood isn't the greatest either. Room wasn't stocked and there was mold in the A/C unit. Trash overflowing in cans in hallway 2 days. Switched rooms and there was blood or feces smeared on the bathroom wall and blood smear on bed sheet. Since management never responded I think it's fair to say that management doesn't care or is used to it.

The breakfast was very good. Very easy to get to. I loved the no carpet room.

Floors in room was dirty.

I liked the proximity to downtown. I also liked the neighborhood - it was quiet and friendly. I really liked the size of the room, too and the fact that I couldn't hear people through the walls much (if at all).

The bathroom door would NOT stay closed. No matter how hard we pulled or tried to rest it shut, it always rolled open. Didn't bother me and my partner a TON, but the privacy would have been nice for certain moments. Instead it just felt like we were always watching the other person.

The keycards were terrible and we were locked out multiple nights. Kept having to get them fixed downstairs only for it to happen again the next night and the night after.
