cleanliness of the room and bathroom. the room and bathroom was not clean enough and the room was very hot with just a small fan inside. i cannot sleep well the whole night because of the hotness . the next day i woke up i realized i get bitten by bugs/ants at my hand😭

You'll got what you paid for. No complaint for that. The location is good if you like a quiet place. Move a little bit from the location you'll found a lot of food stand, food centre, 7E,clinic,bank and groceries shops. It just at the back of the building. A further away you'll found yourself at the busy of Larkin Terminal and Larkin Square township.

I believe the price of any room, either it is a budget or whatever they call it, the hygiene is a MUST for the hotel. I did encounter few cockroaches coming out from under the bed. Cheaper and economical it may be, but the cleanliness and hygiene should be given priority. However, the other like toilet, corridor and lobby is satisfyingly clean and smell good.

I liked nothing about this place, it was so bad, i slept in my car and moved to another hotel. I paid for 4nights and it's wasn't refunded.

I booked a single room, the reception whatapp'ed and told me to pay 50% to confirm booking, which i did like a fool. I checked in late night, the unfriendly reception told me to pay total which i did. Upon checking room. - very strong odour, someone smoking from beside room. - too dark, only a single dull light. - drawers filled with cigarette ash and buds - everything was dusty. - bed was sinking - power sockets are broken. - toilets were dirty and dark, again a single light only. - dirty mirror, with the dull light, i could hardly see my face properly. - no chair - wifi signal was very poor It was too late, i tried to sleep but couldn't. I checked with reception if there's any other room available, she said none. The reception refused to refund too. So i slept in car and moved to another hotel next day. Check out the pictures i attach. Maybe other rooms are better. I suggest you to check the place and rooms before paying. I understand the rooms are very cheap priced, but please reasonable.

The only thing i like is the receptionist dewi assist and make me calm down

The booking I did from booking.com is burn coz I wanna change the room I paid personally for the better room.they charged weekend price on weekdays. Room full of baby cockroach they had shared bathroom with no door lock.the second room got centipede.

Location.. It is near Larkin Sentral (about a 200m walk). Easy car park right in front of the hotel.

The room has a stuffy or mouldy smell. Sink drainage leaking. The toilet is not working properly - flushing issues. Mattress needs to be replaced.
