Property needs updating. Closet door in one bedroom was broken and looks like they will not repair. No instructions for tv. Not an easy kitchen to cook in. Lacking proper cooking pots and pans. While beach chairs were provided, they are for real young people as they are about one inch off the sand. We had to go buy proper chairs for the beach. Ice maker not working at all. Pool was small but ok. Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and beach is right across the street. Parking in building was very easy. The outdoor terrace was huge but only seating for three people. The terrace furniture needs to be updated and then this space would be fantastic.

It was a great condo for three couples!! We were able to walk to the grocery store and Walgreens is right next-door! And the Ubers were really fast!!

The unit is very nice and as described but the location and ease of getting to the beach is the best part. The only inconvenience we had was the early check out with a late flight however the bellman helped us out. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

This is a wonderful space. It's flooded with sunlight and the balcony has an amazing view and seating. We would turn off the AC and open the sliding doors to let in the ocean breeze. You can see the sun rise and set from this apt. and you can see the ocean. (Not directly, but enough) and see the intercoastal waterway too.

Our family enjoyed the spacious condo and spectacular balcony, with awesome ocean views. Short walk to beach access with great playground for kids, nearby restaurants, and grocery store/pharmacy. The heated pool was a bonus!! Very accommodating and pleasant staff, especially the valet parking attendant.

Condo has an excellent view of the bay and ocean, but needs a renovation to be 5 Star. Bathrooms are dated and have some drain fly issues. Unit needs a paint job. The building is rundown and has an unpleasant smell in hallways, lobby.

Everyone that worked there was fabulous. Friendly and helpful. Great location, beautiful views, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Walk to the beach was right across the street. Easy to find the garbage chute, washer and dryer in the condo. Loved the artwork too!

In town for a family wedding and my birthday celebration! Couldn’t have picked a better place, everything was perfect. It was like the host knew my needs. There were some wonderful restaurants in the area and the beach is right there. Will most definitely use again, thank you!

My friends and I recently stayed at this property for 4 nights to celebrate a college reunion. The condo was perfect and looked exactly like the listing. It was located on the top floor of the building and has beautiful views. We spent a lot of time outside on the balcony. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, which was very much appreciated. The location was perfect. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. The beach access was just across the street one block away. We did not use the pool because we enjoyed the beach so much. The check in process was easy and only took about 15 minutes. All of the building staff were friendly and very helpful. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Other reviews noted the lack of closet space in one of the bedrooms, and that is the case, however that is only a problem if we planned on staying there for an extended period of time. We managed fine without it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and had a difficult time leaving. We would definitely recommend this condo.

This was a perfect property for our family. The area was quiet and very family friendly. Grocery store access, restaurants, parks, and beaches were all within short walking distance. The condo was exactly how it looked and we enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen.

First, it seems that Shani Vacation Rentals is completely out of touch with what’s happening in the building. The check-in instructions emailed to me ahead of time stated that we needed to make private reservations to use the pool, but the man at the front desk downstairs laughed at me when I asked about making a reservation. More importantly and all the more frustrating, the email provided me with the four digit code and it wasn’t the code at all - our party of seven including my three young children couldn’t get into the unit after a long day of travel and an hour long check-in process… we were literally waiting in the hallway for a response from a Shani employee with the correct code at 7:30pm just so we could start our vacation. When we finally entered the unit, we immediately noticed that the floors did not feel clean. Our socks picked up visible dirt within a couple of minutes. There were many flies flying around the entire stay. Both of the metal drain covers in the showers are not screwed in place and our children’s feet were almost injured - this is a safety issue. The kitchen was ill-equipped for a unit that has three bedrooms and therefore should be able to accommodate many guests. There was literally one single juice glass - this is not sensible! None of the remote controls had working batteries. Finally, the garbage disposal was in disrepair and actually started backing up when we were trying to wash our dishes in the sink. I would assume this alone should require immediate attention. We called and emailed Shani that night and never received a response. As someone who rents often on vrbo, I have to say I have never been this disappointed. It doesn’t seem like there is a lot of consideration being put into renters having a clean and comfortable experience.

We (party of 4) had an amazing time! The property was clean and had many extras. The beach chairs, towels, etc… were all so helpful to have. The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach! Great views!

Great location. No closet space except for in the master bedroom. Apartments wasn’t very clean when we got there. Very small coffee machine.

There was NOTHING we didn't like about this property. The views were stunning, amazing space, valet parking, there is a washer/dryer combo in the apartment. The balcony was my favorite place to be and each bedroom has a balcony as well! Listening to the ocean and wind from that amazing space was music for my soul. We never turned on the televisions or stove, but everything in the apartment functioned perfectly. Oh, and for those who ask about such things, we found the water hot and the beds comfortable (I have back issues, that matters). My 2 yr old granddaughter thought we were in a castle and kept asking if this is "her" castle - would have loved to tell her yes!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Location was great. Short drive to the Hollywood Boardwalk and Aventura mall. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Going to miss waking up to those beautiful ocean views! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The property was just as listed. Great location. We had everything we needed in the condo for a home-like environment. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. We love that we didn't have to bring anything for the beach as towels, chairs, cooler, and even 2 brand new boogie boards were there for us to use. The views were fantastic being on the top floor. The public beach access was very easy. Pool was nice, only used once as my 2 teenage daughters preferred the beach. Publix is within walking distance, although their prices were high (we just drove to Walmart to get the food cheaper). Any communication we had with the owner, was held promptly with ease. The only problem we had, was needing to leave. Perfect pricing on the unit. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful views of the bay, ocean, and city. Walked to restaurants near by, the beach, drug store, grocery store, etc. It felt very private even though it’s in a condo building. Sat on the balcony and enjoyed hearing the ocean. Sunny Isles is an upscale area, seemed safe, and is close to Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports. We could have stayed much longer!

Close to the beach, beautiful views, quiet, ample space for 4 people, space was clean with just a few small flies in the master bathroom & a well stocked kitchen. Walgreens was right across the street for an easy grocery trip & walking distance to food & shops. We spent most of our time on the balconies enjoying the breeze & views, but would suggest the white chair pad on the balcony be replaced (you can tell it’s been used a lot.) Due to COVID, you have to schedule a time to use the pool for up to an hour & with a max of 10 guests at time. Condo had all the supplies needed to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach (cooler, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) This is a great spot for a get away; just a whole relaxing vibe versus the hussle & bustle of South Beach. Would definitely recommend this space for your next vacay. Make sure you use the key to lock the door before leaving. Noticed the door doesn’t automatically lock after using the key code.

The condo was gorgeous, clean and just as shown online .The views were even more beautiful than the pictures. Shani was easy to communicate with and very friendly . We had to check in late because of the previous renter not leaving on time so we had to wait for cleaning. ( no big deal but after traveling all day, kind of a bummer). We’d stay again!!!! Food , shopping and beach all within walking distance! Great place!

This condo is beautiful! You have beautiful view of the city and the ocean. My only criticism is a lack of storage space in the room with 2 queen beds. Luckily for me, one of my guests was not able to make it. My sister and her wife were able to sleep in one bedroom and store there belongings in the other. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Thanks Shani!

We will definitely be back! We sat on the porch for hours, listening to the waves crash against the shore, the breeze hits you just perfectly! The inside is a dream, beautiful designed and decorated. Beds were very comfy! Host was helpful and responsive the entire trip. Love love loved this place!

Despite the miscommunication in the properties, this condo was still a gem. Check in was easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I rented this property as a family vacation to celebrate our oldest son’s graduation. Our party of 6 (husband, me, mother-in-law, and 3 kids, ages 16, 16 and 18 years old) stayed comfortably in this beautiful property. Shani stocked the house with the essentials; plus, provided beach towels and beach chairs for our use. The views are as amazing as pictured in the rental posting. We found Sunny Isles to be a safe family vacation area. It was a very short walk to the public beach access area. Fishing charters, jet ski rentals and Aventura Mall were just a short drive away. The convenience of a Walgreens on the corner, along with a few other merchants such as a coffee shop, McDonald’s, and other restaurants within walking distance made this a perfect spot for our family. My husband is not a hot weather person but thoroughly enjoyed our stay and proclaimed... I’m pretty sure WE WILL COME BACK!
