Recommended also for longer stay

Excellent location, spacious apartment, quirky decor and adequate appliances. The sundeck.

No aircon/ inverter aircon, yet apartment is on shady side of the block, so not too hot for comfort anyway (+30 C outside).

Alojamiento muy amplio, tenía todo lo necesario.

Le pondría al alojamiento un aire acondicionado ya que se pasa calor en los meses de verano, hace un poco de efecto invernadero, por lo demás bien, una casa antigua reformada para hospedarse perfectamente.

This place is beautifully appointed, and the beds are all comfortable. Heaps of room! The shower head is excellent 😊

Appearances can be deceptive.

Great location. Enormous apartment for three travellers. Much nicer than you would expect from the street entrance.

It was unseasonably hot, so the apartment was a bit warm the first night. Nothing drastic.

Location...Large...Lovely owner.

Great location with a fully equipped kitchen, fantastic shower and separate toilet. Beds really comfortable, one of which had a skylight about 15 feet up in the air.......also a large enclosed balcony next to the living area with windows that slide open. Kevin was pleasant and extremely helpful throughout.

Stairs could be a little steep for the elderly or infirm. Top of the skylight could do with a clean up of the cobwebs.

A wonderful three night stay was had.

Property is fantastic value. The shower room is great, plenty of hot water and powerful enough, Had a fully fitted kitchen, but other than for coffee we didn't use it, but facilities provided were great. Beds were very comfy. Location is perfect, a 10 min walk to anyway (Canal du Midi, Le Cite or the main Square). 100% recommend this place if staying in Carcassonne.

I will recommend staying here to my friends.

This lovely 3 bedroom apartment is in the perfect location between train station and the old Cité de Carcassonne. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station through the town of Carcassonne on a quiet street, and a 20 minute walk to Cité. Apartment is well equipped, cozy and very comfortable. Host was helpful and answered immediately to our call.

From my point of view this was a great stay for very good price. it is very visible, the owner cares

The apartment was more spacious than expected. Great bathroom, spacious living room with kitchen. The washing machine. saved us (even though we had to clean it a bit). The terrace was absolutely amazing - we played Carcassonne table game in Carcassonne there at night with some wine and with open huge windows - really a pleasant experience. The apartment was cleaner than the hotel rooms we took even in good hotels during our road trip.

Missing airco was replaced with fans, which was ok for the day, a bit not enough for the night. Beds are not very comfortable - staying for more days could be a bit of trouble.

Fantastic 3 double bed apartment, lots of space and facilities brilliant.

The apartment was central to where we needed to be. Lots of on street parking available. It was spacious and had all facilities, hair dryer, lots of glasses, towels, cups, seating, as well as microwave, washing machine, fridge, cooker, kettle, coffee machine, tv and wifi.

The apartment was warm but we arrived in 36C so understandable. Plenty of fans to blow the air around, no aircon. It was noisy from the street but that is where we were situated, in a city, in a street. We knew that.

Very good

The location is excellent, we were able to park, free, right outside the door. The flat itself is spacious, well equipped and the beds very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the terrace area off the salon, it was a pleasure to eat out there. The owner Kevin was very helpful with information about shops, restaurants etc.

It was hard to find something to complain about

We were pleased to stay here.

Very stylish, roomy, light and comfortable above-the-street apartment that felt safe and secure and was well-located In Carcassonne, really appreciated by us for being within walking distance of everything- specially Public Transport- i.e bus, shuttle to the airport and station. You can also get a bus from the station to take you to visit La Cite too. The apartment is well equipped for self catering utensils and appliances (some coasters to stop marking the furniture would be a good idea.!!) but many restaurants are easily found to eat in the vicinity. Friendly landlord. It was a good stay here.

We couldnt get the TV to work but were out much of the time... and it could have been our fault with stranger remote controls!! The landlord did tell us to ring if we had ANY problems or questions and could probably easily have set it up for us but we didnt want to bother him. It was no big deal, we each had our own smartphones.
