Our 2000 square foot 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa features high 14 foot cathedral ceilings with main living area having a open view design.
There is plenty of light with large windows and all glass exterior doors.
The villa sits on a spacious 8000 square foot property at the end of a small cul-de-sac and is just a few minute walk to the Ritz and Marriott beach.
From our front gate to the Marriott/Ritz Carlton Roundabout/circle is 750 meters / 4/10 of a mile... Walkable in about 7-8 minutes.
The outside area features a spaceously sized 350 square foot pool that is 4-5 feet in depth.
There are 2 in water benches that accommodates 4 people comfortably and with steps near by 6 people can enjoy a drink while sitting in the pool.
The pool is also raised 1 foot above the ground which provides impromptu seating all around the pool.
The pool is surrounded by a spacious 1000+ square foot high end coral patio which your bare feet will greatly appreciate.
Adjoining the coral patio and a step up is another 1000+ square foot Bavarian field stone patio (also bare foot friendly) covering most of the backyard area.
Featured in this patio area is a large tropical styled gazebo area that houses an impressive 20 foot L shaped polished concrete wet bar complete with electric outlets.
With hotel quality bar stools and grill its the perfect place for your outdoor dining.
The outdoor design and spaciousness of the property offer our guests several areas for gathering.
In addtion to the bar area in the back corner there are 3 large tropical styled palaps (think permanent super large beach umbrella with palm leaves)
and the coral patio along the pool area, and patio furniture just out the back doors that adjoins the dining room.
Two of the palapa sits on an area of soft grass.
The rest of the property is accessible either on a stamped concrete walkway or our customized stepping stones. To complete the tropical feel there are
100+ plants some amongst the 25+ clay pots. Hopefully the accompanying photos enhance the description.

We have our own on call chef. Chef Jon specializes in authentic Aruban cuisine.
We can make vehicle rental reservations for you. Most of the time we are able to get a better price than going through the big name companies.

House was conveniently located, had a great pool and owner was very helpful. The kids bedroom with the bunk bed is on the opposite side of the house just so parents understand. Wasn’t a big deal for our older kids. Pool was great after hot days at the beach. House had everything as listed. Would stay again.

We had a great time in Aruba, the hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed to cook on the few nights we did. The house was big enough for the six of us to spread out and we enjoyed the outdoor area after a long day at the beach. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house for the week!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The outdoor space is perfect with so much shade and we enjoyed the lovely pool each day. All our questions were answered quickly and minor problems that arose were addressed right away.

This home was perfect for my family. Ideally located and private. Easy access to town, airport and local beaches. Started our day off sitting around the pool with breakfast and ended the night taking a dip. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. Sharing this with friends who plan to go. Will definitely be back!

As we entered, we immediately noticed the gorgeous landscaping and amenities, including the beautiful pool. The security of the property was reassuring. Going into the home, we loved the open floor plan. It was very clean and tidy. The home felt spacious yet cozy at the same time. The bedrooms were comfortable and we appreciated the doors separating the sleeping quarters from the living area. As Americans, we missed a full-size oven but were able to use the provided countertop convection. We loved staying in your home, enjoyed our family time immensely, and look forward to the possibility of staying again in the future.

The house was perfect! It was clean and well stocked and the location was great. Jim answered every one of my questions promptly and also gave a ton of helpful information about the island and restaurant suggestions. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Jim and Maria’s place. The house is gorgeous especially the outside! They were very helpful in suggestions of beaches to visit restaurants to try and other activities! If we come back to Aruba we will definitely stay here again!

Our first time to Aruba, 3 couples in their 50’s & 60’s, 2 girls in their early 20’s. Everyone enjoyed the property and the location. Quiet safe neighborhood but close enough to walk to where the action is.
The property is just as described and the host’s are great. Helpful when you need them and not around when you don’t. Will do this again!

The property was beautiful, especially the pool and outside bar area. The owner was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions. I especially liked the location, walking distance to the beach but close drive to other beaches.

Close to everything, home was perfect with a family of 5. The pool has night glowing lights which was fun. Plenty of beach stuff, towels. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend a car as it is not a bicycle or walking area. Had a wonderful time

This was our first family stay in Aruba. We absolutely loved the home and the outside was just gorgeous. I would rate this a 10 star!! It is in the perfect location and only minutes to the beach. Jim & Tamara were by far the best hosts and we can't thank them enough. We have rented many VRBO homes and this is by far the best ever!! The outside was so relaxing!
Everything was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, everyone had their own beach towel and full set of shower towels, beach chairs for everyone, and coolers to bring to the beach. Jim and Tamara are excellent hosts and great communicators. While you can walk the car was a plus and parking is never an issue. Would definitely go back!

Villa is very well set up for couples and kids. Great pool and pool bar area. We appreciated the laundry facilities and overall villa was very well equipped. All beds were super comfortable. The ability to use beach chairs and toys was fantastic. Location was close to everything. Jim and Tamara were super helpful and friendly. Could not ask for nicer hosts!

Jim and Tamara’s house was fantastic. We felt like we were staying at our own private resort. The pool and outdoor bar were fantastic! The interior of the house was just as beautiful and had everything we could have wanted. Jim was incredibly responsive from the time we booked our stay and even checked to make sure we got home ok. A first class host with a first class property! Hopefully we will be back!

We love Aruba! Staying at this villa was so enjoyable. The villa is beautiful along with comfortable. It's sunny enough for sun worshipers, like my husband and plenty of shade for me. Close to the beaches, restaurants and casino's. Thanks again Jim for sharing your home with us.

From the time we landed until the time we left our expectations were way over met. Owner Jim is nothing but amazing and welcomed us in his home with open arms like we were family. The yard and and pool were paradise and we spent every morning and evening enjoying every bit of it. The air conditioning works amazing and beds were so comfortable and cozy. Great kitchen space and any dishes, utensils, coolers, pots, pans, etc you may need they had it. We will be going back some day. You won't be disappointed that's for sure!!

Amazing Villa with amazing property. You really feel like you are on your own private resort when you’re outside and by the pool. With the Palapas, the property is extremely private. The home is spacious and very inviting. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners of the property were actually on the island when we were there and they were extremely receptive and always accessible. They made it well known that their number one goal was to make sure your stay was amazing and they fulfilled that. He let us know that the TV broke just before we got there and he purchased a TV and had it installed and ready to go by the time we got there. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

The house and property were beautiful and roomy. The house was well equipped , beds were very comfortable.
It was private and peaceful and relaxing , yet minutes away from the activity of restaurants, casinos and beaches.
The communication with Jim was so helpful.We hired Chef John who brought in a delicious dinner. We also used Jim’s car rental people. While the cars weren’t very modern or well equipped they were adequate for our purposes. The rental car people weren’t always communicating but it all worked out, and were cheaper than the name brand rental companies.
The pool and outdoor bar made a great gathering place for our family. Thanks Jim for all the help.

I would give this place 10 stars if i could! Such a well cared for and immaculate home. The place is beautiful and was perfect for the 8 people we had. we spent every morning in the pool and every night at the pool sitting around the Tiki bar. Jim helped us reserve cars as well and the whole process was painless. He communicated with us throughout the trip and checked in on us. We had an issue with losing wifi and ge contacted the company and checked back to make sure it was working. Can’t say enough good things. i would definitely rent this house again and will recommend it to anyone i know who’s planning a trip to Aruba!! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation. it’s also walking distance to the Marriott and Ritz but we did drive there. He had beach chairs and towels for each of us

The house was beautiful and spacious. The host and property managers provided lots of communication regarding the area and recommendations. They were very communicative.
Loved the pool! Close drive to beaches and downtown hotel district with lots of food.
Highly recommend a snorkel excursion, as well as visiting Arikok National Park!

The house is beautiful and as advertised. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked.
The interior of the house is great. It was clean and well maintained. The yard and pool area is an oasis! It felt like we were at an all-inclusive resort. We loved sitting under the tiki huts. The pool was perfect for cooling off from the Aruba heat.
The house location is convenient - walkable to the beach and very safe. Maria was there to check us in and was very sweet and helpful.
We would 100% stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for a girl’s week away. It had all the amenities and was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The outdoor oasis with the pool and bar area was the highlight. Jim was very accommodating and kept in close contact, quickly answering questions, and assisting us in planning the perfect vacation. We would love to come back for a visit and would surely suggest this vacation spot!

Great property inside and out. Four couples with privacy and group activity’s when required. Have stayed in nine Vrbo properties over the years and this unit along with Arubas fantastic weather is one of the top two. Would highly recommend this for a relaxing vacation.
