The room given to us was noisy due to AC plant outside the wall now and poor sound insulation. The hotel should do something about it.

Would be happy to stay again

Relatively easy access Front desk staff was very efficient and responded quickly to requests Excellent response from housekeeping and maintenance staff specially the supervisor The main restaurant ( Al Bayt) provided delicious wholesome food with good portions. The serving staff was also top notch and the ambience wonderful The Kaaba view from our room was also better than expected

L’établissement où j’ai séjourné nécessiterait vraiment une rénovation : l’odeur de moquette humide était désagréable et loin du standing attendu d’un hôtel cinq étoiles. L’impression générale correspondait plutôt à celle d’un hôtel trois ou quatre étoiles en France. J’avais réservé une chambre avec un lit double pour cinq nuits avec ma femme, mais à notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, rapprochés pour simuler un lit double. Cela restait inconfortable, d’autant plus qu’une lampe était placée juste au-dessus de ma tête, gênant notre sommeil. Nous avons donc passé trois nuits dans ces conditions. Ce n’est qu’après avoir contacté le service client de Booking pour exprimer notre mécontentement que l’hôtel a finalement accepté de nous changer de chambre pour la dernière nuit. Je tiens toutefois à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Mme Ayat, qui a fait de son mieux pour nous assister, s’excuser et nous aider à changer de chambre. Malgré ses efforts, l’expérience globale a été décevante, et nous avons perdu trois nuits de confort que nous attendions d’un établissement de cette catégorie.

Over all everything was excellent!!

The location, the View.. especially the people from housekeeping were outstanding!! Special Thanks to Mr. Shahed and Reyat for helping us to get the additional bed and for exceptional service!!

On my reservation we were supposed to get a roll in bed, so when we checked in I asked the front desk, they said they will send it, they never did, I came next day to the front desk the lady said we will send, again they never did.. after 2 days I went to the front desk again and there was a tall gentleman he was really rude, here is what he said “WHAT BED , NO BED I GIVE A BLANKET “ and he did send a blank!!!!! I paid over $3,129.91 (US dollar) for 2 rooms and my 3 children sharing 1 bed, I’m not a kind of person who make big deal or ask for discounts. ( I also work in the hospitality business at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel New York, we are currently closed for renovation) However, after 2 days I mentioned that to the housekeeping gentleman and right away he brought the bed. Because of him I gave higher star. But the purpose of writing this paragraph perhaps they won’t do the same thing to someone else, If the management care.

convenient and comfortable

location! this is the FIRST hotel in Clock Tower on 11th level. the elevators are many so i hardly had to wait for elevators even during friday prayer timings. front desk staff is so awesome. literally each one of them. Kaaba view from the room is lovely. beds are super comfortable and overall a very clean facility.

Ive made booking on behalf and choose pay at the property but they still charge my credit card eventho my guest already settle the bill. Been query to them and they denied it even after my bank did the confirmation. This is ridiculous!.

اخترت غرفه على اطلاله فناء خارجي. بس ماصارت اطلاله فناء خارجي بشكل واضح وأمامي.. يعني بشكل جزء بسيط وايسر الشباك.. هذا الانتقاد. لكن تعاملهم معاي يشفع لمثل هالاشياء

-وجوده في ابراج الساعه و قربه للحرم -اطلاله الغرفه -خدمة موظفين الاستقبال خاصة الاخت بشاير خدمتنا بكل احترافيه واهتمام واحترام ولطافه

انتظار طويل لاستلام الغرفه للاسف الغرفه كان اثاثها قديم جدا ..الفندق يحتاج تجديد ،جميع الادوار اثاثها جدا قديم من جميع النواحي، الدور الوحيد المجدد رقم 12 .. عند طلب خدمه الغرف تحتاج الاتصال الي 4-5 مرات لتلبيه طلبك الفطور كل يوم نفس المنيو بالضبط لا يوجد اي تنوع على العلم اني سكنت قبلها بشهرين ورجعت سكنت فيه ..نفس قائمه الطعام بالضبط للغداء والفطور يوميا !! جميع مصاعد الفندق ارضيتها جدا وسخه لا يوجد عليها تنظيف الممرات موكيتها قديم ووسخ لا يوجد تنظيف عليها الفندق ينقصهم مدير يهتم بالعميل ويهتم بنظافه الاوتيل لانه مستواه نازل للاسف ليست كالمره الاولى ..لا انصح فيه
