만족스러울뻔 했지만 몇몇 치명적인 문제들이 있었던 호텔

가격이 저렴 호텔 위치가 정말 최고 친절한 직원 화장실빼고 객실 내부는 청결함 방 크기는 여유롭고 큼, 물건 수납할 충분한 공간과 책상도 존재

에어컨이 작동하지 않음. 직원과 함께 확인했으나 에어컨 화면은 정상 작동하고 있어 문제가 없고 해줄 수 있는 게 없다고 함. 한 시간 후에도 온도가 똑같으면 호텔 방을 바꿔달라고 얘기해놨으나 이후에 다른 문제도 많아 다른 방도 비슷할 것 같아 부탁하진 않음. 직원은 친절해서 바꿔줬을듯 호텔 공용 와이파이를 알려주었으나 연결되지 않아 와이파이 사용 불가 하얀 타올에 노란 자국같은 게 있었음. 그리고 타올이 흰 먼지가 많이 날림 샤워기 헤드가 매우 더러웠음 기차역 바로 옆이라 가끔씩 기차 소리가 시끄러움

Zimmer könnte einen Tick größer sein, Frühstück relativ teuer.

Gutes Stadthotel in sehr zentraler Lage.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, einfach aber alles, was wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern für eine Nacht brauchten.

Locatie dicht bij U- en S-Bahn.

Water douche liep niet weg. Gemeld. Zou volgende dag gerepareerd worden, maar bleek niet zo. Moesten we verhuizen naar kleinere kamer. Prima, maar de flexibiliteit moest van ons komen.

Hotell oli puhas ja hubane. Asukoht oli suurepärane, transpordi sõlmpunkti ja loomaaia lähistel. Viimasel päeval sai ka oma pagasi jätta hoidu peale check-out aega.

Serh gut und zentral

Sehr zentrale Lage am Berliner Zoo, gute Verbindung zum Berlin Hauptbahnhof mit S-Bahn. Viele Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war nicht groß, aber sauber, mit gutem Bett.

Das Einzige, was mit gefehlt hat, war ein Wasserkocher.

Clean family-friendly option smack at the zoo

Good for families with the four beds. Good shower gel provided. Breakfast (extra fee) is tasty.

Room was on the small side, only two sets of towels provided for four people.

Příjemné ubytování s výbornou dostupností

Lokalita byla perfektní - blízko vlakovému nádraží, odkud dojedete všude, ale naopak vlak nebyl v podstatě slyšet. Poblíž spoustu dobrých restaurací i kaváren na výborné snídaně. Kdybychom jeli znovu do Berlína, tak klidně znovu sem.

Svítící LED kontrolky na ovládání klimatizace - i přes skrytí oblečením byly kontrolky vidět (pro někoho, kdo nechce být rušen těmito kontrolkami při spánku, nic moc).

Central, comfortable, clean and friendly.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The proximity to Zoologischer Garten was really handy for getting about. The roof terrace was a lovely feature, and while we didn’t get to use it, the option of the pool table was fantastic. The highlight, though, was the front of house staff, who were great to get on with and were always super helpful.

Only a couple of minor things. The luggage lockers seemed to be hit-or-miss in getting them to close correctly, with some out of order. Also, housekeeping checked the room a few times before check-out on the last day, while we were still in there.

Super friendly staff! Comfortable and safe place. The sights are easy to walk or take public transportation. Great food store and all kinds of restaurants nearby.

The location was perfect for our stay - Berlin Zoo is just down the street. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is paid - 13€ for a day on the hotel parking lot (if there are free spots) or 20€/day in the parking lot nearby.

Great hotel, excellent value for money!

The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel has excellent facilities, a terrace with view on the roof where you can sit and watch the view, the breakfast was excellent, location is priceless

Very close to public transportation. The breakfast is very good.

I never get wifi in my room. The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom (shower) didn't have curtain or complete cabin, thus the water goes out.

Perfect place for a family to stay

The room was just right how we expected, not so spacious. The staffs were friendly and eager to help. Brekfast was superb. I'd suggest to book in advanced from Booking.com, I believe it can be much cheaper than booking in advance on site.

This hotel was perfect for our group of 6 people. The room was large enough to not feel claustrophobic. The toilet is separate from the shower so people could use both at once. Both the toilet room and the shower room had sinks too. There's even bathrooms on our level before we even get to our room. The bunk beds were comfy and we had no problem storing our backpacks away and hanging up/folding our clothes in their wardrobe. There's a rooftop for hanging out with drinks and a bar in the lobby where we really enjoyed ourselves by getting to know the staff and had great recommendations of where to go and what to see. Checking-in and out was seamless. The location was amazing since it's right next to the metros, a grocery store, a large park with beer gardens, and food around every corner. I couldn't not recommend this place enough.

i liked that hotel but for the future if the client asked about one queen size bad, give it to him - not in halfs😅

the room was clean and pretty and u give me the best view to the city like i asked u😍

the room was very nice, but i cant understand how u give me a two mattresses in a queen size bad, i cant sleep at the center of the bad and had a couple of delicate problems with me companion for that night if u know what i mean

Great location to explore downtown Berlin.

The location was excellent. It was walking distance to downtown Berlin, close to loads of places to shop and eat, and close to transport options (trains, buses etc). The air conditioning in the room was excellent- perfect temperature, and it was really easy to use. The WiFi was also excellent during my stay, making it really easy to stream. The room also has a safe that can fit quite a bit- managed to store laptops, two big head phones, and other smaller items. The hotel is also really quiet. Even though the room was facing the street, I couldn't hear a thing. I also didn't hear anyone walking outside the room, but I did hear people walking in the room above us. The team were helpful- provided me with towels (when we spotted we didn't have enough), and also gave me an iron and ironing board. Didn't have breakfast there so I can't comment on it. It cost about €14 or €15 though.

The room itself is small, and space around the bed is really limited. I don't think the cost is justified because of this. Walking around the room was a challenge. Because of its size, the room had very little storage- nowhere to place the big traveling bag- used the table and chair for storage. There was also a little ottoman and drawer below the bed that helped. When entering the bathroom there was hair in the sink and the shower. Also, the water in the shower didn't get hot as well, and the drainage was non-existent. I had to wash my feet once getting out of the shower they would end up swimming in dirty shower water. The bed was really firm and the pillows were flat and squishy. So I didn't get really good sleep while there. I also could hear people walking in the room above us, so it wasn't as quiet first thing in the morning or late in the night when they returned. The tv was older, and mostly didn't work. It was not intuitive to use, so I spent most of the time watching content on my devices. Overall the people working there (reception, cleaners etc) were generally impassive. They were helpful, but did not seem happy to see or have us there. They left us alone which was great, but didn't go out of their way to ask us about our stay or how it was going. Another thing that has nothing to do with the hotel- there are loads of small tiny flying bugs everywhere (not a hotel issue). We noticed that they are attracted to bright colours (like a green or orange teeshirt) and they get everywhere (in your eyes, up your nose, in your hair)... we found that wearing dark colours mitigated this issue.

A very nice hotel for families with children

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn which you can use to go anywhere in the city. Also close to some historical and sightseeing attraction areas. The rooms are designed very good for the families with children. Separated closet and bathroom areas give flexibility. There is small garden behind the hotel which you can enjoy your coffee or drink. Simply paid it cost as efficiency and quality. It has an own parking area which is limited but also a big parking building very close which is even cheaper.

In principle there is nothing to be added in this class of hotel. Everything is in line with its class and rate.
