Eigentlich super schönes Appartement, wenn alles funktionieren und die Matratze getauscht würde!

Zimmer war entgegen unserer Erwartungen sehr sauber. Ausstattung bis auf eine der beiden Matratzen gut. Check-In easy. Lage war für unser Vorhaben super, die Straße und Gegend ist sehr ruhig und kinderfreundlich, wie familienfreundlich.

Licht und Abluft im innenliegenden Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Herd ging nicht. Lag beides an der Sicherung, die aufgrund eines Kurzschluss immer wieder raus ist. Personal war keines erreichbar und E-Mails wurden ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Eine der zwei Matratzen war eine absolute Katastrophe. Man hat jede einzelne Metallfeder der Matratze und den darunter befindlichen Lattenrost gespürt. Wenn das behoben wird, ist das Appartement eine super Unterkunft aber so, leider gar nicht!

Disappointing

I liked the neighborhood; it was very pleasant with lots of nice cafés and bars. There are also some playgrounds for kids nearby.

The apartment was not very nice, with cheap furniture and fixtures, some stuff broken like the toilet flush and light bulbs. More importantly, it was not clean at all. The bathroom was actually really dirty, the sheets did not smell clean and our socks turned grey from all the dust on the floor. In the corners, there was a lot of dust and dead insects, like nobody had cleaned in a while.

Wery friendly and responsive host, nice and big rooms.

electric kettle was dirty and not working, kitchen tap wasn't working well, pan missing also, so was a bit challenging to cook.

Satisfied but not enough

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, a short walk from both the metro and bus stop. Supermarkets and various shops are within walking distance. The room was very bright and cozy, with everything you need to stay even a week.

The inside of the bedside lamps were full of dust as was the back of the TV. The bed was not a double bed, as I have seen in the various photos, but two single beds pushed together, leaving some considerable empty space.

Convenient, no frills, pleasant, ok for short or lengthy stay.

quiet neighborhood, convenient to public transportation, great baked goods nearby, as well as good grocery stor (2 blocks away). Good shower.

Different apartment, not what you see in pictures

Pictures don’t match with actual apartment we stayed in. (( Apartment was dark- big trees near window. Kitchen and bathroom where completely different than showed in the pictures- very basic. It was a disappointment as we stayed in totally different apartment compared with what we booked.

Amazing, will certainly be back!

Location was amazing. Apartment was clean, tidy, well equipped and close to key rail links.

The apartment was well equipment, however a clothes Iron would be good.

Very disappointed with this accommodation even for the price we paid. Awful experience coming from Munich on way to next

We didn’t like anything about this place.

The bathroom was very very dirty and shower clogged. Apartment far from everything and someone trying to go enter the rooms. We were in the 4th floor with luggage but there were no elevators. The stairs very dangerous during the night with very little light. The TV was difficult to operate and only local channels and no smart tv options.

Very good

Keys and receipts are already stored in a locker with a given Pin code, instantly sent per email when the booking is confirmed. Pin code and go! No live hosts are needed.

Extremely unfriendly customer service, not willing to make an exception for the guests to stay longer, not a welcoming feeling at all1

Great spot in Berlin to explore from. Communication from manager was non existent.

The location was fabulous & easy to get around from. it is in a quiet neighbourhood hood.

Their was a high table & stools that made things tricky to eat from & their was only one set of towels/ sheets/ tea towel. We had to contact manager to ask for new towels & got no response. they did bring new bathroom towels but there was no other linen changed or offered. We were there 8 days.

Highly recommend!

Cool stylish apartments, there is everything you need to stay there for a few days. There is an open balcony. Clean, comfortable bed. The apartments have a toaster, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, tea, and nuts. Quiet green street. There are playgrounds nearby for those traveling with children. There are many cafes, shops, and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk from the apartments.

Of the minuses (insignificant) - it is a little far from the central part of the city. But on the scale of Berlin, it is probably not far.

Smooth self check in and out, good location, it was all we needed

Some spider webs, drawers could only be opened by force, the sheets were rumpled when we arrived - some details that showed not the best level of care. But over all it was okay!

If you hope to get enough sleep, you are unlikely to succeed constantly slamming the front door to the front. The parking place is a regular public parking lot for all residents of the area, which has not been available

i recommend this place, it has everything you need

the location was great, close to the train station as well as restaurants and cafes! 10 minutes walk from a beautiful Victoria Park! the distance to the center of the Berlin is also walkable

not worth the price

Our stay was 7 days. while the bathroom and shower were clean the bedroom and kitchenette were not. The few pans and plates were sticky and greasy and so were the walls. the fridge smelled. the bed was very uncomfortable as well as the 2 pillows that were close to Unexistent.

The location was good, close walk to grocery stores and transportation

Location, easy access to the property.

The bed is terrible. The bathroom floor is damaged - ceramics tiles are not at the same level, so you are hitting them with your foot while walking. The sink and shower draining systems are clogged. WiFi is not working properly.

Great stay, i will stay again!

The location is great. Volker, the manager is great, friendly and responsive. The apartment is well appointed and the bathroom and dhowet are quite stylish.

There could have been more bedding/blankets. And the pillow is not a pillow; it's a joke and bad for your next as there is no support in it.

our accommodation experience

*staff was very kind *Since its location was in the center, transportation was comfortable.

*Not suitable for family with kids ( table is for two people , no bed for kid, no towel for third person) *Some kitchen utensils are not suitable for use (the kettle had a lot of limescale,the pot was rusty) *the door of the bathroom would not close. It was repaired a few days later.
