Hotel con ubicación excelente , moderno y cómodo

La Ubicación es excelente , esta en las isla de los museos a tiro de piedra de cualquier cosa , la habitación con una ducha magnifica , una cama cómoda y unas vistas normalistas . el personal muy agradable y atento , no utilizamos el desayuno.

La verdad es que me gusto todo , no hay ningún pero , quizás la TV sin canales divertidos , todos muy malos y que el Bar estuviera cerrado a las 22:00.

The Capri is relatively new and the rooms are well appointed with a kitchenette and enough kitchen supplies for two people.

Outstanding apartment

This was our third stay and it is a very good apartment hotel. Great location and excellent staff. Due to a flight delay we didn’t check in till 2AM and still got a warm welcome

Nothing except the lack of a toaster and perhaps a few more cooking implements

Ha sido excepcional! El desayuno buenísimo y variado, las habitaciones grandes y limpias, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas (teniendo cada huésped varias almohadas con distintos materiales y alturas) y, super cerca a la zona central turística. Ha superado nuestras expectativas!!

I liked the large room and the facility overall very new. There was even a veranda!!!

Parking was the biggest difficulty for us. Other options for a meal was not that much.

Parfait pour un séjour à Berlin

Les chambres sont très bien équipées, propres et relativement bien insonorisées. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit parfait. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner où vous pouvez trouver de nombreuses alternatives végan/sans lactose.

Bien que nous n'ayons pas voulu faire changer nos serviettes de toilette pour ce court séjour, nous aurions apprécié que notre chambre soit faite tous les jours.

Muy buena experiencia

El personal fue excelente en cada momento del día, tuve un problema con la ducha y la pantalla de la puerta y me lo solucionaron al instante. Las instalaciones geniales, limpias, nuevas y bien cómodas, además de hacer mención a la ubicación inmejorable. Volvería encantada cuando vuelva a Berlin!

Para mi gusto la parte de cocina escaseaba en cuanto a utensilios, además de necesitar alguna silla más para comer después.

Great hotel for a city break in Berlin

Lovely modern hotel, really comfortable beds and friendly staff. Location is walking distance to most main tourist sites too. It sits by a main road, however I thought the soundproofing was really good and could hardly hear the traffic in our room. Would definitely stay again!

All! Room, design, comfortable bed, modern atmospheric lighting, full kitchen kit including all needed things, qualitative coffee, enjoyable shower lotion smell, nice room view for evening. Modern lobby with design furniture on a glass floor able to enjoy the underground heritage.

I felt bad being only for one night in this hotel.

Gut geeignet für Städtereise

Ein schönes neues Gebäude in der Nähe des Nikolaiviertels. Große Fensterfront, bis zum Fußboden reichend. Ein recht großes Zimmer mit Küchennische.

Zunächst hatte ich an der Rezeption mit einer Mitarbeiterin zu tun, die kein Deutsch konnte. Mir wurde das Gefühl vermmittelt, die Dummheit, mich darüber zu wundern, läge auf meiner Seite. Man gibt sich international. Der Frühstücksraum war voll und unruhig.

Wir waren mit 8 Freunden im Hotel wovon einer leider gesundheitlich angeschlagen ist. Diese Herzlichkeit und Emphatie von Seiten des Personals und der Geschäftsleitung wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Besser geht es nicht, vielen Dank für alles, wir waren sehr gerne bei ihnen!

Perfecto alojamiento en Berlín

La ubicación es muy buena, puedes ir a pie a los principales centros de la ciudad, también tienes líneas de metro cerca.

Nos gusto mucho el hotel todo en general la verdad, el personal muy servicial también. Como por decir algo, están probando un nuevo método de limpieza cada 3 días. Por eso como clienta puedo decir q estaría bien, q si en algún momento del día llamase alguien a la puerta o por el teléfono preguntando si necesitamos cambiar, reponer algo. Por ejemplo, papel higiénico, vaciar basura, azúcar o tés, cambiar toallas. Puede ser una propuesta para que funcione mejor la limpieza cada 3 días, para que no queden cabos sueltos. Pero si, nos gusto mucho, gracias

Great stay, very spacious room and recommend it!

Great spacious room, very clean and well equipped. Very good location as well. Good value for money.

All staff was great apart from one receptionist who was not very helpful, was texting on her phone when I was talking to her and said she extended my check-out time by 1h, but it appeared she hadn’t do it

staff, appearance esp foyer. Nice comfortable room. Korean lady on front desk really fantastic when we arrived and others were too

Hard to keep water from shower from going across bathroom floor. Immediate surroundings outside the hotel are not appealing but walk 2 blocks and it all changes

the room has a good kitchen , so i liked its facilities. also hotel has free laundry room .so it is good to know. also i really like the lubby and its furniture.

the bad experience about the hotel is that it was cold! our room was very cold during the night. also bed wasnt comfortable at all! the bed mattress had lots of problem .so we had a back ach each day!

Great hotel in the very center of the city

Great spacious rooms, very clean, with panoramic windows. The kitchenette was very handy. Decent breakfast. The laundry free of charge was an excellent addition. In the lobby - very interesting space with underground excavation site. The staff is really friendly. Loved all of it!

The place is really close to the city center, especially to the Museuminsel. We were afraid of the traffic on the Leipzigstrasse, but we feel very comfortable in the room and had beautiful view.

despite the sun glass incident I would still recommend this hotel. it would be very good for a longer stay hotel.

location was very good large rooms with kitchen and laundry facilities very clean

I left my prescription sunglasses in the lobby and rang the hotel to see if they would post them onto our next hotel. they said yes but they never arrived. our next hotel rang them and they had never sent them. so they had to be sent home and I had no prescription sunglasses for the trip. bit disappointing.

Superb

Absolute delight Capri by Fraser is, spacious room, bestest shower, comfortable large beds wd cleanliness. The lobby is cool with a contemporary tough and love the lighting. Most importantly the location is just wow, spot on central and enjoyed walking around the hotel. Add to that friendly staffs and they kept the smile intact whether it's morning or night. Special shout out to the breakfast crew who were on their toes from 6:30am till 10am ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.

Everything about Capri is a bonus for me, only suggestion would be is to add a little more variety to the breakfast buffet so that it doesn't get repetitive and gives more options to look forward to!
