Nur Monteure geeignet,aber nicht für Touristen.

Die Lage war gut.

Das Zimmer(109) und Bad war schmutzig, Zahnpaste von Vorbewohnern auf Klobrille,Spiegel noch total schmutzig, Essensreste von Vorbewohnern auf dem Fußboden,auf Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren Flecken drauf. In der Dusche hinter der Duschbadhalterung alles verschimmelt, was mit putzen definitiv sauber zu machen geht. Schrank kaputt, schauen lange Nägel nach vorne durch. Die Brötchen beim Frühstück vielleicht etwas kürzer backen,ansonsten war das Frühstück ausreichend und gut.

Katastrofal

Receptionen kunde knappt ett ord på engelska fick akutfall åka en dag tidigare men kunde inte checka ut och få pengarna för sista dagen tillbaka på grund av språkbrist. Vi fick ett rum som är i tredje våningen som var längst bort i korridoren det var väldigt kämpigt att komma till rummet och tillbaka för att de har ingen hiss

Das Zimmer war sehr staubig. Ich hatte das Gefühl, ich läge direkt auf dem Lattenrost. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Und das Zimmer war sehr sehr sehr staubig.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Alles sehr schön gemacht im London Style. Zudem passt der günstige Preis auch für die Leistung die man bekommt.

Das Personal war ziemlich kurz angebunden aber trotzdem nicht unfreundlich. Meiner Meinung nach wäre es mal an der Zeit die Matratzen auszutauschen, da diese ziemlich hart und ausgelegen sind.

Good Value of money

The breakfast was very good. It was a buffet, you can eat what you want. The room was very big and had 3 single beds. The rooms had all the necessary equipments. It was a good stay and the staffs were also very friendly.

It is 10m walk from the S-Bahn.

the hotel is easy to find.

the curtain in this extremely small room didn't darken the room, the hotel is very noisy and in the room, You hear every word which is spoken outside, a few minutes before ten I was denied access to the breakfast room. The furniture (the chairs) are damaged and dirty - cheap (looking) furniture out of the seventies. The wall panel aside the tiny bed is dirty in the area where the head is. Lamp aside the bed doesn't work ....

Pleasent, quiet area, off the main street

Breakfast was simple but decent. I did not understand the idea of someone serving a coffee. I thought it was one of the guests at the beginning, as the person didn't have any sort of a uniform.

The hotel needs a refresh. Despite the walls being thick old buildings, the doors let through all noises from the hall, so not great for light sleepers. TV above the head of the bed is a misunderstanding

the staff was unfriendly..the bed /room was dirty.. I paid for the Breakfast..but I got no breakfast although I was on time..

if you come late night, have your ear plugged, take shower in one minute before the shower floods the room… its ok

Very old fashioned furniture, floor, building… The shower incredibly rusty and the waste water stays without draining.

Do not come here. This is an absolutely terrible place.

Everything was dirty. Cobwebs, cracks in the wall, incompetent and unmotivated staff playing candy crush most of the time, ridiculously poor breakfast. WIFI was so slow it was beyond use. No proper toilet seat, bare lightbulb in the ceiling, and all that for the price of a proper stay. Absolutely stay away - this was terrible even by Berlin 'standards'.

Absolutely everything. There was nothing positive to report. This place was terrible in no matter which category. I have never experienced such a terrible hotel, even in 3rd world countries. And I've stayed in less expensive but much better managed places in Luxembourg.

very bad experience. not recommended at all.

the location is approximately close to the main sites and areas and close to the transportation stations.

not very clean, poor lighting in the room, the housekeeping doesn’t change all towels and they use the same soap for the hand-wash and as a shampoo. the internet connection is very weak. some of the staff are very rude and not professional, as one of them refused to let me use the toilet after i checked out. the breakfast should be from 7-10, but they remove it before 10, and if you stay few minutes after 10 they come and yell at you in a very rude way! i know that i will never come back to this hotel.

Passable

The receptionist was very nice, which is not necessarily true of the gentleman who prepared the coffee. Nevertheless, the hotel is recommendable for a short stay, for example for a visit to a trade fair.

The bedrooms were fine, but the bathroom is in desperate need of renovation. The silicone joints were black and the ventilation grille was so dusty that it was almost impermeable.
