Schönes Hotel, toller Wellness- und Poolbereich und vor allem sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Großes Lob!

Sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer. Super nettes Personal. Top Lage. Bequeme Betten und hervorragender Wellness und Fitnessbereich

Es hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können, Dusche war sehr verkalkt, um den Seifenspender waren rote Ablagerungen und das kleiner Kissen gehört dringend ausgetauscht da waren ganz fiese Flecken darauf.

Perfect hotel for a trip to the Messe / Convention center

Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect for tradeshows at the Messe. Friendly staff.

Nightmare with a brilliant gym and spa

If you open the window you hear the gym classes music ALL the time form 8am to 11pm Even on the sun roof you can hear the loud music The float carpet can't be cleaned properly the room was not 100% clean either I asked to swap rooms due to the noise but was told it was fully booked even thought ehre were rooms available online I booked breakfast after the booking but then did not take it and they refused to take it off my bill towels/hand towels did not get replaced , neither did the teabags

Not good. We spent a lot of time on solving various unexpected problems and they owed us 10 euros.

Thier bad service. They asked additional fees that were already included in our booking reservations. Also, they made a bad mistake. We booked a two-single-bed room but they provided only one bed.

Decent place

Rooms were clean.

During check in, the staff started attending other guests/members midway through attending to me. No guidance was given on facilities available even though I asked what facilities were available. Air conditioning did not cool the room. Pool was being maintained the evening I decided to use it. Rooms were not equipped with coffee machines or kettle to make tea/coffee.

Not worth the stay if you want an air conditioned room

The air conditioning does not work. The first room I was put in was like a sauna with AC on high and in the direct sun. I was moved to a second room which also never got cool with the AC on high. The only reason I booked is bc it was close to my location and AC. It does not work and should not be advertised as such.

Great location, bad service

The location

The hotel is ridiculously warm, and the aircon doesn't work. The housekeeping was not good as they seemed to only have emptied the bin, and the toilet paper was never replaced, nor was a spare roll left. The WiFi is awful, and after the second night, we never received the complimentary water again. I was also surprised that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room like with every other hotel I've been in. Finally, the bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were worse. The duvet, or should I say duvets, is a new one for me as a double bed/room should come with a double duvet, not 2 single duvets.

- breakfast rather mediocre - room equipment - I have to walk through the room to shut off the lights, really? - bathroom was rather uncomfortable.

Good for getaway, not good for working from.

The sports and wellness facilities are great!

Internet at the working spot was horrible and crowded. Not suitable for working from there. I had to use my mobile internet to be able to attend my meetings. In addition to this, the small restaurant is open for limited time, service is not the best. No room service

We had a great stay and it was wonderful to use the facilities (gym, pool, spa)

Location and facility are fantastic. Staff members are professional, friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable but lights were too low. Not suitable for doing makeup or reading unless you use a booklight. Poor design for charging your phone or tablet.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is beautiful and staff are friendly.

Everything in the hotel was perfect, it would of been good if the cafe stayed open a little later or had access to food after 10pm

You are not allowed to use spa facilities unless you are naked which I understand is the German culture but it is not mine. This should be a personal choice

Staff were not so friendly and quite miserable at times. Breakfast options were very limited.

really great shower and nice to have a pool on site. cleaners and staff were lovely.

not a great location for my trip. I also think it’s quite ‘gym with a hotel’ attached to it. it doesn’t have the premium experience to suit the premium price tag, such as no kettle in room.
