Good

Location is great, easy access to the metro. Our cleaning lady made sure our room was clean and tidy.

Our room was prepared only for one guest and when we requested bedding for the second one, we were given a pile of things we had to move upstairs ourselves. The room was spacious, but needs renovation in the long run, because it was quite stuffy.

Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut, vielseitig, modern, gesund und auch sehr ansprechend für das Auge. Es hat schon einen fingerfoodmässigen Cateringcharakter. Wirklich super. Nur die Kaffeemaschine macht natürlich bei hoher Nutzung in kurzer Zeit manchmal schlapp…

Uns hat alles gefallen, vor allem mit Betonung auf die Freundlchkeit und den erfrischenden Humor am Empfang und beim Frühstück.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren in Berlin zum Besuch eines Events bei den "Wühlmäusen". Das Hotel lag optimal, so dass wir nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß dort hingehen konnten. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wunderbar im Westend

Zum wiederholten Mal waren wir hier zu Gast. Nicht ohne Grund: sehr gute Lage im Westend mit sehr gutem ÖPNV, gell, freundlich, mit Balkon und sehr tollen Frühstück. Wunderbare Betten und tollen Sanitäranlagen. Vor allem: sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Die Lage des Hotels, zentral und doch sehr ruhig und sehr grün. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Entspannter Kurz-Besuch in Berlin

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war überragend, wir kamen an einem regnerischen Tag an und als wir nach den Öffnungszeiten der Sauna fragten wurde diese sofort für uns eingeschaltet, obwohl es lt. Internet noch außerhalb der Sauna-Zeiten war. Der Service beim Frühstück war genial, die Auswahl mehr als ausreichend. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ideal für Kongressbesuch

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und schön gestaltetes Bad. Ideale Lage für Veranstaltung im Messegelände, ansonsten auch gut über U-Bahn und Bus erreichbar. Extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wasser in der Dusche wurde nur lauwarm - nach Meldung hat sich aber sofort jemand darum gekümmert.

Excellent hotel, would definitely stay there again

Near to Olympic stadium (for concert) excellent transport links (to get into Berlin centre within 20/30 mins) nice staff, clean hotel, breakfast available in restaurant, everything you need (only small criticism tv only in German…as you would expect…but no English channels) obviously after long day would be nice maybe hour of tv before bed but this was nothing

As above….tv only in German, also no air conditioning..was provided with a desk fan but was very hot during our stay so meant even with fan on room was very warm and stuffy

Review

Good location Comfortable room Rustic themed room Balcony to sit on and a mini bar Quiet location Maintenance person was very kind and accommodating.

Reception shuts at midnight sign on door says to go around the back, key didn't work. Stood outside attempting to contact booking.com. eventually got in but there should be a number displayed for maintenance team in the event this happens again. It doesn't feel safe walking around a dark car park with a timer switch light and key that doesn't work. If travelling alone I would have felt unsafe with this set up. You need to clearly provide a number for any issues with keys after midnight. Price of hotel is not worth the facilities...the swim pool and leisure facilities are an extra cost and no mention of leisure facilities or access to them in the room welcome manual. The additional charge for breakfast is over priced in comparison to local restaurants.

Superb

Great location. Close to public transport. Restaurants and bars are many and nearby. My room on the ground floor had a little garden too with table and seating. Wellness is extra cost but it worth it. Sauna and steambath plus a nice swimming pool with a very strong countercurrent jet. Breakfast was nice too. Fresh fruits good variety of cheese and ham. Eggs and wurst also.

Restaurant on site does not work. It would be nice to have a bar at least.

Cleanliness. Location close to Fair. Quiet street. A lot of nice restaurants within just few hundreds meters.

Exceptional

Amazing stuff, very warm and cozy place to stay. Authentic, with excellent location with everything that you need. Near by there are lot of markets, restaurants, whatever you want and need. . Conection to the city, exactly station is only few minutes away. It's really clean, and comfortable, the room is perfect size, equped with everything.Free parking is also in front of, and around, in a calm street. Recomendation to stay and spent time there.

nice Place for a Weekend stay

the interior has a somewhat old-fashioned style, but overall it is very cozy, the employer who served us at the check in was super friendly although we arrived late in the evening and we had a nice and warm welcome.

the interior was not my style but everything was clean so only a personal aspect and it was a bit expensive for the Weekend but it was the marathon and festival weekend so we simply had bad luck

only the thing I liked in this property was the bed - soft pillow and warm comforter

nothing else was something that I can like. none can find a smaller lift in any other place in the world.
