Finger weg!!!

Wer Survival Urlaub erleben möchte, ist wohl im Potsdamer Inn genau richtig. Wir hätten die Bewertungen ernst nehmen sollen. Gegen abgewohnte Möbel hab ich nix, dafür ist ja das Hotel recht günstig für Berlin. ABER! So ein dreckiges und heruntergekommenes Zimmer hab ich noch nie gesehen. Drei große Fenster im Zimmer, das mittlere kaputt und nur zwei Vorhänge. Hinter dem Fenster befand sich ein Baugerüst. Fernseher kaputt, Steckdosen defekt. Heizung lief auf Hochtouren, konnte man nicht abstellen aber besser als gar keine Heizung. Und nun zum Highlight, das Bad! TOTAL VERDRECKT, Kot und Blut an den Wänden, Waschbecken dreckig. Die Duschwand defekt. Leere Duschgelflasche lag rum. Und dann der abartige Geruch. Ne Bahnhofstoilette riecht wesentlich besser. Gegen 23.00 Uhr ging der Feueralarm los, man sagte uns das wir im Zimmer bleiben können, es hätte nur jemand im Zimmer geraucht. Der Alarm lief ca. 30 Minuten, dann war Ruhe. Kurz darauf klopfte ein Mitarbeiter an unserer Tür und behauptet wir hätten geraucht, die Feuermeldeanlage zeigte unser Zimmer an. Wir reisten mit zwei kleinen Kindern! Und haben definitiv nicht geraucht. Daraufhin wollte ich mein Geld für die nächsten Tage zurück. Dies versprach man mir, dafür wäre aber ein anderer Kollege zuständig. Am nächsten Morgen traf man niemanden an der Rezeption an. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, man konnte das Telefon auf der anderen Seite hören. Drei Türen weiter kam dann wohl eine Angestellte? verschlafen und im Schlafanzug raus und maulte uns voll, dass vor neun niemand anzutreffen ist. Schlüssel in Briefkasten werfen. Tja, telefonisch ist auch immer ein anderer Kollege verantwortlich. Mein Geld ist weg und davon werd ich wohl auch nichts mehr sehen.

Good for 1 night, wouldn’t stay for longer though.

Good place if you are just staying for 1 day and not planning to be there for a long time. The location is good, was close to the venue of the event I was attending, also close to city center. The staff was friendly. And there was a fan in the room, which was helpful since it was +29°C outside.

Room was old, with old walls and furniture, a bit dirty bathroom.

There’s not much to like. It was cheap but it wasn’t good.

The room wasn’t hygienic. The walls are full of mold, somehow they’re building another building on the backside where one of the room windows goes into the other building. Not a good choice but we booked on short notice and found nothing better on low budget anymore.

Location is great. Room are spacious and comfy. Safe.

Wi-Fi is disgustingly slow. Construction site nearby.

We just didn't feel safe there at night, door didn't really lock, strange noises all around and the hotel is open 24/7 without having someone on reception past 10pm

Everything is really basic. Staying one night is okay. The location is fine. It is not very clean. I think it is a fair value in high season (if there is a high season in Berlin).

The location was good.

There was alot of work going on..The rooms were not comfortable for the price paid. Poor basic amenities..No proper drinking glasses were provided in the room. They should not accept bookings while the renovations are in progress.

Pleasant

Good price place to stay for a night or two in Berlin. For us it was close to everything we needed.

Next to s heavy traffic street. Close the window for night time.

The hotel was old and neglected. There was no fridge, glasses, air conditioner, clothes hanger in the room. The beds were not comfortable and their feet were moving. Rooms on the street side were very noisy. The price benefit balance is negative. There shouldn't be a hotel like this for that price. Also, no invoice was issued. it was a big disappointment for me

It should be shut down and comprehensively reconstructed.

bedding and towels were the only clean things in the room and hotel, the hotel is good located - just some minutes from Potsdamer Platz

Nearly everything. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning seemingly since years according to the available dust. Furniture was dusty as was the entire hotel. Construction foam sticked under the doorframe. The lock wasn´t properly srewed. Construction sound from 6;00 in the morning directly in front of the window (2 meters away).

I will recommend to my people.

Overall all the Hotel was newly build, room was very well organized and location was accessible to all the public transport (U,S Bahn) systems and especially near to food market like LIDL and Kebap shops.

Room window view was very sad and washroom lock was damage.

The location was very good 👍 Close to several metro stations.

The room was terrible dirty: the furniture very old, the bathroom is not clean, toilet without a top part and bed sheets are also dirty with flakes on them.
