Decent venue, unpleasant staff

The place is clean, with decent facilities and well equipped bathroom, even though a little "old stile" for me.

The front desk lady was quite unpolite. She started raising the voice at us the moment we walked in, when she saw our little kid (9 months old), because we booked a double room and she was mentioning that we need a room for three. The poor kid got scared. I understand it's a money issue, but she could have just explain this and we would have paid the extra 20 eur, for a normal double room. She gave us a room with 3 beds, with less space and a lot of nerves. They don't like tourists.

A comfortable good value hotel close to transport links

The location on the west of Munich only a short bus ride from Pasing which is an S-Bahn station with many trains into Munich centre. The hotel which is on two floors is a typical attractive Bavarian building and has a good atmosphere. The bedroom contained a comfortable single bed and sofa bed, there was a radiator in the bedroom and bathroom which was especially welcome with the cold temperatures during my stay in Munich. The continental choice at breakfast was very good with a good selection of bread, rolls, meats and cheeses. There was also a good selection of tea, although I only needed English Breakfast tea and there was a flask of very hot water allowing me to make an acceptable cup of tea. I also tried the coffee served by the hotel which was good.

I would like to see something hot served for breakfast, e.g. Omelette during the winter months,

Excellent choice for Munich

Nice property in a good location. Bus stops literally in front of hotel. 10 minutes from station Pasing. Good breakfast and overall service. Many nice spots nearby.

Old fashioned comfortable hotel at reasonable price.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast, good price, nice staff. Old fashioned hotel - I don't like the shiny new ones.

Shower is behind the toilet, it is not so convenient to access, and bathroom is rather small in general. Wifi password could be displayed in the rooms, not only available at the reception - which closes at 21:00. But thanks to 4G and roaming, this did not cause any problem.

Very friendly hotel staff, very clean, nice breakfast, they handled my later arrival well, nice location to walk/jog in green area fridge with cold drinks

Arrival only until 20.30, no aircon or as an alternative insect window protection & fan, in the morning a little bit loud due to near big street

Hotel is okay with NO amenties NO working WIFI and a shrude lady at the reception.

Breakfast was very very ordinary .Lady at the reception was "Shrude". we felt like staying in a hostel. Had to wear masks all the time/She didnot allow us to sit in her garden and said you can sit only for breakfast even after requesting her twice she dint allow us/WIFI didnot work at all for both the days we stayed and she said"I cant do anything about it".She charged us sepaartely for our 4 year old child who slept in the same bed with us.The pictures on booking.com showed that there is a gallery in the room but there was no gallery but tiny window. overpriced.This was our most expensive and most disappointing stay.Dont book.

Nice coffee and breakfast. Calm and cozy hotel. Staff were nice and helped with additional request (warm milk for toddler) . Nice locality.

A felt a bit expensive for the space and facility. Photo of a castle with pond (5 min away) was a bit misleading for me. I was expecting to stay there 😀. But May be it’s just my greed and I hope it’s clear for others booking the hotel.
