Frukosten var skuffende. Tomt for flere ting. Lite utvalg,såg etter kvart at det sto en liten notis på bordet at jeg kunne bestille egg og bacon,men da hadde jeg allerede spist. Er ikke sikker på om jeg kommer igjen😐

very enjoyable stay !

the staff was outstanding: the person managing the reception on my arrival was under siege from an angry coach party and had to check in 5 or 6 new arrivals at the same time. He managed with a smile and without offending anyone ! The waiter in the restaurant was also outstanding: not only did he know his food, but also made the right wine suggestions and served everything with style.

i think they don't have a swimming pool, that would have been perfect

Ok hotel, but problems with cleanliness

Very good location Nice staff Ok breakfast

We came in late night and were given a room that was not cleaned (the beds were not made and the table had rubbish on it, however the bathroom seemed clean). The clerk came and checked it and was really nice and understanding and gave us another room which seemed clean, however the pillows were in the wardrobe and the bathtub had a couple of lower body hairs in it. We were really tired and all we wanted to do was sleep so we just accepted the room as it was.

The location is right next to the ski voss gondolas, as well as centrally located for restaurants and shopping.

Great view to see the mountains and ocean. The room is vintage, most of wooden furnitures. It's clean enough.

Music can be heard at night even my room is on 3rd floor

Charming hotel by the lake

It is a huge hotel, apparently with an old wing and a more modern one. We stayed in the old one and had a feeling of travelling 40-50 years back in time. Go early for breakfast to get the window tables overlooking the lake. The common areas were vast and varied. Feels like an airport lounge, definitely a good place to socialize with a group of friends.

WiFi reception was spotty in the room. Some of the side entrances were locked.

Nice view to the lake. Great wine cellar - Rioja Grand Reserva was great. Took off too early for breakfast, they served us the snack to go.

There was an event in the evening, some ugly noises continued till very late in the morning.

Overall my stay was good

Breakfast was good and location is the best

The bathroom was small and not clean enough. When we stayed there was a false alarm. We must get out from the room at 5:00 AM. After approximately 15 minutes outside the hotel, we could go back in, but there was no clear instruction what we had to do. None of the hotel staff informed us what to do.

Excellent place for a short visit

We were late for dinner in the Cafe Station, which is immediately next to the formal restaurant Elysee. We did not feel like eating in the Elysee, since we wanted something fast after a long day on the road. The staff at the Cafe Station was very accommodating and quickly put an outstanding lasagna plate with salad together for us. Breakfast was also very good.

Tired hotel

Good location near the gondol, busses and train. Good bed. OK breakfast. Ok view.

Very old tired hotel. Could not lock my door from the inside of the room. Insects. You could hear everything from the corridor and next rooms. The chair at the desk almost fell apart. Too expensive seen the poor quality. There are far better hotels in the area. But I did get a small price reduction because of all the noise.

Did not meet our expectations.

Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful.

However rooms were tired. Cooked breakfast offerings was substandard. Quite honestly we got the impression the hotel is being run on a shoe string.

Great location with parking, in walking distance from the ski gondola

We chose this hotel for its location and parking facilities. When you arrive with a car it's essential to know that you have parking. Also, the hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the ski gondola. There's a great wine cellar, and the breakfast is pretty decent. The staff were very helpful. The view from our room was nice.

The hotel is quite dated. The corridors, rooms and bathrooms have seen better years, but we were aware of this when we made the booking.

Great location and view!

The hotel is right on the main street so it’s very easy to walk to all the restaurants and to the fjord in front.

The rooms are a little old, but the lobby area is nice.
