Would use this accommodation again.

Spotlessly clean. Extensive booklet of guidance for the accommodation facilities. Very good communication. Quiet location. Safe parking - vehicle is covered by Ring doorbell.

Shower over bath in one en suite could be improved for someone over 6ft tall. Hide the wires from TV. I would prefer the TV on a cabinet at lower level. But good choice of viewing.

Amazing hone from home

Lovely setting .was very clean and tidy. The beds where comfy and the welcome basket was a nice surprise x really helpful and clear communications with staff and in the property . Loved it

was nice and close to shops and quiet location, good parking and easy access.

there were a few items that needed some maintenance/repair like the mirror in bathroom, was worried it would fall.

I stop in apartments/houses all over the country for work the dakota is excellent value, facilities and location is superb for work in the area. The host couldn't be more accommodating, I will be stopping again in the future when working in the area

Book direct rather than through booking.com

Good check in arrangements, fully equipped property, excellent welcome pack provided by the hosts.

The shower wasn’t the best but this was reported to the owner and is being rectified. In contrast to the host, who was great, the booking process through booking.com was very poor and I would book direct if I stayed again. Booking.com quoted a different price when I went to pay and did not tell me until I’d put in my card details that there was a cleaning charge. They would not rectify this unless I could show them screenshots of what I’d been quoted. Very poor experience - but that was booking.com’s fault and not the host, who was excellent.

Professional, good location, five minutes from the airport,very clean

run by a very professional female director who is meticulous about everything as you would expect an ex RAF officer to be. good location, very clean, I will be staying there again.

Very handy for the East Midlands and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely book again.

Dakota was an excellent choice for us as it was near to all the places we needed to visit in the East Midlands. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rest of the house was well equipped and warm during a pretty cold spell. It's not the easiest place to find, but google maps will get you right to the correct street. Overall we rated it an excellent stay.

The booking process (after Booking.com acceptance) was a bit complicated, especially as we were booking from abroad with intermittent email access. It all worked out in the end though and it taught my 74-year-old brain some new computer tricks!!

The house was really clean and comfortable. Everything was there that we needed for our stay. Really appreciated the little extras that were left for us ie. Crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, toilet rolls. Didn't need to rush out and buy anything immediately.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

House is cozy, easy private parking, nice area. Staff is exceptionally helpful. Ensuite bathroom for both rooms. Very nice and comfy bed.

House is clean enough but not perfectly. Needs a first aid kit somewhere around the house.

All the comforts of home with plenty to do nearby. We will return

Well appointed, nice furniture and fittings, very comfortable beds, pillows, exceptionally clean and tidy, allocated parking space, smoother process of key collection from safe, lots of toiletries, toilet paper etc and nice hosts. We were staying there whilst working from home and the wifi was never a problem. In the evenings we enjoyed walks, especially Elveston Castle Country Park and walks near Calke Abbey

Although there is a garden and outdoor furniture was provided, it would benefit from a few more chairs and sprucing up a little. It didn't effect our stay though as there were only 2 of us. The garden feels very private though
