Terrible condo.. do not recommend!

The only good thing was location.

1. First impression, the apartment smelled like smoke/cigars. Not even air freshener could make it entirely go away. Also, everything was very outdated! 2. The flooring tiles were cracked and carpet dingy/stained in every room. 3. The major issue with the carpet was in the dining/living room near the barstool where the carpet was soggy, making me believe there was a leak/mold issue 4. One of the bathtubs had a huge blob of yellow sealant in the tub which I initially thought was bodily fluids. 5. The vents were beyond dusty/dirty 6. The bedding/sheet had holes. 7. I found body hair on my bedsheets from previous occupants 8. The upholstery and cushions were stained and severely cracked/peeling 9. The walls needed painting... scuffs in multiple places. 10. The front of the microwave was damaged, questionably affecting heating time. 11. The kitchen sink faucet sealant was coming off.. again making think theres a leak issue. 12. Pot found under the sink with moldy water in it. 13. Icebox with brown food residue.. maybe chocolate icecream. 14. There was a random door separating the initial bedroom from the rest of the condo that was not pictured in any of the pictures... I wouldnt have had a problem with it but the door stopper was broken and the door is very heavy, so I purchased my own door stopper. 15. Kitchen trash can cracked in multiple places. 16. Lint insert missing in dryer. 17. Bathroom door with brown residue on it.. not sure what it was.. 18. Holes in bathroom wall where towel rung once was 19. Cracked outlets 20. Mattress on pullout sofa warped in the middle with foam exposed under it. I can go on but these are the things that stick out the most. The only good thing was the proximity to the beach.

Que estaba en buena ubicación las paredes de vidrio para ver para todos lados hacia afuera es espacioso nadie anduvo molestando muy bonito las piscinas está bonitas por que tienen varias

Lo que no me gustó fue que cuando llegamos la carpeta estaba sucia la aspiradora no aspiraba el sucio de allí todo lo demás fue magnífico

Pleasant stay even being bike week.

I liked the location. The beds were comfortable. The grounds were clean.

Small repairs needed to be made to the condo.

Geräumiges Apartment direkt am Strand. Viel Platz und gute Lage. Problemloses Parken vor Ort.

Teilweise etwas spärlich eingerichtet (insbesondere die Küche). Bei einigen Lampen haben die Birnen gefehlt. Entriegeln der Tür über einen Code, der jedes Mal neu eingegeben werden musste, war etwas umständlich.

Customer service does not care. Contacts several times with no resolution. No attempt to help with the terrible issues.

The furniture was filthy. Cigarette smell Was very strong. Carpet was disgusting and had wrinkles. Big trip hazard.

Upset, miserable

The place was in a great spot and the kitchen was nice. We have a lot of space.

Make sure the sheets on the bed is clean and the drawers are clean out . We had to leave early because of bed bugs in the master bedroom. So my daughter birthday was ruining and because they don’t relocate you to another room.

Great stay !!

The layout, alot of room!!

There was a leak inside the fridge, I sit a cup to catch the water . The door handle was broke on patio door in bedroom suite. The Main door , it was hard to lock !!

The hotel was nice however staff was bad

The hotel is actually very nice. It states beach front but you are not located directly in-front of the ocean.

The staff. No house keeping. Bad attitude. the front desk will only help for checking in.

filters on air conditioners were plug with dirt wife has dust and pollen allergies the furniture need up graded holes in kitchen chares and sofa bed bad but all in all great lots of space

I loved the view of the ocean from our unit, I awoke every morning and was able to capture photos of the stunning sunrise and sunset before bed. Not one but TWO patios, OMG a view of all the action, land and sea!! The appliances and cookware were greatly appreciated as well.

I was not very happy that the main bathroom's tub jets did not work and there is a string in that bathroom with hair tied in the knot and the cord was a brownish color. The second bathroom had hair in the tub.

Blindsided

The size of the room and location was the best part

We didn't know the room was through a 3rd party venue so we didn't have any use of the customer service from the hotel. Limited toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies. Had to buy everything out of pocket on top of the amount of money spent for a 9 day stay.

HORRIBLE!!

The location

CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ!!! 1. we reserved for 5 guests, but we only received 4 sets of wash clothes and towels and no blankets for the sofa bed. when I brought it to their attention, the local them member reach out to be around 9:30am the next morning. Staff didn't bring it down until 11:17am. 2. a toilet leak was in one of the bathrooms and we had to wait 3 hours for a plumber to come, just for the owner to decline to fix it because of high price. so FIVE people had to depend on 1 working toilet when we BOOKED for 2. 3. I have spoken with customer service from the first night up until I checked out about this matter. OUR Vacation was horrible and we wasn't able to do half of the things that was on our itinerary. 4. before writing this review, i have been in contact with the local office and home office in OR. I allowed them time to resolve this issue, but they have not. although, we have experienced a huge inconvenience, VACASA has allowed the owner to decline compensation TWICE. Vacasca was suppose to reach back out to me to resolve this matter for a week now and I am still waiting for an update. PLEASE AVOID VASCASA RENTALS AND THIS BEACH RESORT! THEY HAVE SHOWN ME THAT THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE. SUCH A HEARTLESS BUSINESS!
