Cable, room phone was inop and fridge was unlevel. Did get another room with a YES answer that those issues will not exist in new room. Correct Info less the room phone to let front desk know of more complaints.

The stay was good checking in was easy the front desk guy was nice and helpful but on the second day the elevator didn't work it would go to my floor but wouldn't open I had to go up to the next floor and walk down by the third day it was working properly

There was nothing good what so ever about it. I booked through Expedia for a economy double room with ocean view, and I honestly thought i was booking for Quaility Inn because of Expedia has it wrong. Well, we were checked in and I was told that I was on a lower floor. Once i checked in we were directed to the back entrance upon walking in the door to go to the room I was thinking that we were going to be in trouble. It was nasty and they had people living on the upper fit was recently removloors and upon entering the room i noticed it had been remodeled it was horrible but it was not a ocean view for sure it was a view of the main street. We decided to walk to the beach because I had never seen it before. We exited and we was shocked that a prostitute was entering the motel(i say that because its not a Hotel) with a man. We stopped at the car to grab some stuff and watched drug deals going on, the prostitute come and go with different men multiple times and people partying,and they were yelling and screaming and whoever was living above us was stomping, and banging all night the front desk worker was outside with people smoking and all and said he would have it taken care of. So, RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN

Nice rate on a basic room right across the street from the beach. The elevator was sketchy and the location was a bit "shady" but fairly quiet and a nice stay. The staff was awesome and being right across the road from the beach was the main reason for the reservation. It's not the Hilton, but I'd stay again.

The place itself looks shady but the rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. The elevator is a bit shady and is a bit rickety but it overall works. They have no bugs and are very clean. Overall i enjoyed my stay there.

Room was clean and cold which was appreciated. Hotel in general is out dated but we didn’t care since we were barely there. It worked for what we needed which was just a place to sleep for a few nights. No bugs besides the occasional southern wood roach scrambling around outside which is not a determination of cleanliness since they’re everywhere down south.

The hotel was older but in good condition. The room was nice and clean but the sliding door was broken and hard to open. The shower rod was broken fell down twice. Other than that the beds were clean and linen was enough for two days. Had a fridge and coffee. Microwave too. For the price it was fine cuz we went there all day we went out.

Unsafe they leaves de back door open all nights , elevator slow and door some time does not open in the seven floor. They do not provide maid services. I received one balcony chair tear. One gabinet drawers floor missing. They ask for 150 safe deposit no idea why . Staff has actitud no willing to help .

This hotel was okay, but some attention is needed. The room door was very hard to open; my mother couldn't even open it because it needed too much force. The sliding glass door in our room didn't lock, and although there was a security bar, it fell right out if the door was pushed all the way to the shut side. So, anyone who knew this could come right in from the outside. We were on the second floor, so it's a concern. Our room and the hallways constantly smelled like marijuana. My pillow even smelled like it after I got home. There is a sliver of an ocean view but don't expect much. I mentioned most of these things to the front desk, and they said they would work on improving them.

I booked this hotel as a last minute change. Initially I was skeptical especially after reading some reviews but we had no issues at all! To my delight the room was clean. The sheets were clean with not spots or stains. The bed was uber comfortable. No bugs of any kind. The bathroom was clean as well as the tub and there was plenty of towels. My husband pointed out how the carpet looked quite clean as well. The air conditioner worked great! It had us shivering. The hotel is older as is a lot of the other hotels in Myrtle Beach. But we always saw the staff cleaning in the halls and the parking lot. And for the price it was worth it. Location is wonderful. Right across from the public access to the beach. We would definitely book with them again.

The hotel itself looks a bit shabby on the outside but the rooms look to be newly renovated, very spacious, very big flat screen Roku Tv, comfortable bed, no bedbugs or bugs in general and the WiFi service was great. 10/10 definitely would recommend. Great for couple trips

The room door was open when we got to it. They charge a $10 "resort" fee. This was far from a resort. We were required to put out our own trash. The A/C unit was in the sitting area just inside of the balcome. The bedroom is the farthest room from the balcony so it was impossible to cool the bedroom. Also, there was a $150 deposit. Nothing in the room was worth that.
