Хороший хостел возле пирса Санта Моники!

Отличное расположение, достаточно чисто, отличный завтрак.

Женщина в татуировках, которая убирала мой номер 403 постоянно предъявляла мне претензию, чтобы я не открывал окна и что кто-то курит в нашем номере. Я окна ни разу не открывал видимо это делал сосед. Ни разу не видел чтобы кто то курил. В очередной раз она сказала, что будет жаловаться менеджеру. В целом мне все равно, но неприятный осадок от проживания остался. Снижать оценку из за этого не буду, но проработайте пожалуйста этот момент.

It’s perfect and so easy to socialize

The location was perfect it was really close to everywhere and also there is a corner that you can borrow towels, sunscreens and umbrellas for the beach.

Good option for beach goers on the cheap in the SM and Malibu areas...

Good breakfast, huge solid lockers, good free food section action, nice courtyard with lighting and lounge chairs and sundries.

Breakfast needs to start even earlier, ideally. Coffee seemed instant and not brewed. It was edible, but little else.

Highly recommend this hostel

Excellent location close to the beach. Vibrant hostel with many spaces built to relax and lounge. Clean rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff. Free breakfast with good spread of food.

I spend an amazing time in this hostel ! It’s was very clean, a lots of thing to do you can cooking, to do your laundry

This hostel is very great! The localisation is insane the breakfast is was so good ! Everything was super great !

Maybe the AC was too cold but when I asked the somebody in the reception to put less cold there was done

Instalaciones y desayuno geniales

Las instalaciones comunes eran realmente excelentes. El desayuno bastante bien, así como también, la disposición del personal.

Sería ideal que pudieran incorporar cortinas en las literas, ya que en general, son bastantes personas, y hay poca privacidad. El valor lo encontré un poco elevando, para una habitación compartida de 10 personas.

Boa localização e estrutura

A estrutura do hostel e a localização são muito boas. Bem pertinho do píer e os funcionários são bem educados. Café da manhã é simples, mas me serviu bem. Tinha pão bagel, manteiga, geleia, banana, cereais com leite e suco de laranja. Além de café, chá e chocolate quente. Existem bebedouros nos corredores para encher a garrafa de água.

A cama faz um pouco de barulho quando você se mexe. Isso pode incomodar quem tem o sono mais leve. Mas eu achei bem confortável apesar do barulho.

I really liked this hostel. Location is perfect, spotless, beds were ok, travelers were friendly. Especially cleaning, I have never seen such a clean hostel before.

Parking in Santa Monica is really expensive.

Parfait ! Localisation idéale. Auberge très propre, grande chambre, cuisine fonctionnelle, grands espaces communs, patio et cheminée 👍. Ambiance cosy! Bon petit déjeuner.

Pas assez de frigo pour autant de personnes. Beaucoup d'arrivées très tardives qui réveillent tout le monde.

Amazing!

I liked absolutely everything! I had already stayed at the HI in NYC and loved the experience, so I expected to have a good experience at the HI in Santa Monica too. The receptionists were very friendly, I really enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, there were two pillows and the locker was a great size.

Would return again but communicate clearly on room service if I’m staying longer

Great location and also really neat and clean.

I stayed in a single room for two nights. I thought it was odd they came into my room to clear my trash bin yet didn’t make my bed. - I wasn’t expecting anyone to come in the room while I was away too! I think it would have been a good idea to communicate that I can refuse this. Really odd and I was feeling a little unsettled.

Excellente auberge pour les jeunes et moins jeunes

L'ambiance, les espaces communs vastes et conviviaux, le billard gratuit, la cuisine équipée, le petit déjeuner, l'emplacement près de la plage et du centre de Santa Monica, le calme du quartier, les activités et notamment le pot d'accueil pour se rencontrer, tout est à proximité (épicerie, restaurant... )

Great for a short backpacking tour at Santa Monica

Everything was great, place is well run, people are great, rooms are clean and good, bathing area is well maintained too, everyone has key access for security.

Just the beds could have had a curtain for privacy.

It’s kind of a facility problem which consecutively 2 days of no hot water to bath. Cold bath was quite suffering during the winter days in LA

Excelente estadía.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, cercana al aeropuerto y a puntos de interés de la zona. El desayuno estaba muy bien y la cama era muy cómoda. Las habitaciones espaciosas.

Que cobren 5 dólares para dejar las maletas luego de realizar el check-out. Por lo general en los alojamientos no se realizan recargos a los huéspedes por dejar unas horas antes de trasladarse al aeropuerto. De todas formas no es costoso dicho importe.

Bad choice but not many options

The location.

The night time manager Noelle, and most of the staff, was incompetent, rude and most importantly, extremely unhelpful. It was laughable how unhelpful and unresponsive to requests they were. After complaining about the fact that Noelle, the manager, allowed an older gentleman who peed himself every 30 minutes and made loud, sexual noises throughout the night, to stay for 2 whole nights, making my stay completely miserable, Noelle, pretending to be someone else on her team wrote me a note saying that she would reprimand Noelle for her lack of customer service… She signed the note “Noelle!” Who does that?! Really awful stay. Regrettable. Breakfast is generous. Location is super, if you can get past all of the homelessness in the area. Rooms are cleaned daily but you will see cockroaches.

La ubicación es increíble, bastante cerca de la zona de la playa y el sitio es muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar después de un largo día, un desayuno incluido a pesar del bajo costo de alojamiento, totalmente contento con mi estadía

Poco rotamiento de toallas en los baños, se llegaban a acabar bastante rápido pero nada que no se resuelva bastante rápido

Everything was good for the money you pay. I really enjoyed it

The staff was very helpful. They were friendly and nice. I also liked the room. They were clean and every bad had a lamp and a power outlook. The kitchen and breakfast was really nice and it was just a 10 minute walk to the Santa Monica pier. I would definitely come here again

Would be nice to have a small bathroom in the room. But it was completely fine how it was, since the the bathroom was right outside my door

It was a nice short stay.

The location was great, common areas were cute, staff was nice and met some cool people.

The bathrooms are all shared and there were no barriers between the beds. Breakfast was ok. Eggs would be a nice touch.

Bon rapport qualité/prix à LA

Hostel bien situé, moderne et bien équipé, avec un petit déjeuner inclus.

Les matelas sont très bruyants dès qu’on bouge dans le lit (notamment ceux sur les lits du dessus). Ma couverture de lit ne sentait pas bon. Hostel très grand et de ce fait pas très familial, pas mal de personnes restent dans leur bulle.

连续两次食品被偷，前台表示不能告诉我是谁偷的，只能自认倒霉

位置好，性价比较高。厨房非常棒，用的是瓦斯，冰箱很整洁，但是食物会被偷。

连续两次放在袋子存放在冰箱里的食物被偷，间隔不到10小时。第一次是一整盒香肠被偷了两根，告诉前台没多久后被告知已经通过监控视频发现了小偷。但是因为法律，不能给你看录像，也不能告诉你是谁。在我再三追问下告诉我是个女的，已经被他们 kick out 并且拉黑，再也不能入住这里。第二天早上发现自己的一瓶不便宜的啤酒被偷，再次去找前台并告知相对具体的可能时间。结果前台依然是同样说辞，这次甚至不能告诉我小偷性别。明显就是在敷衍糊弄我，因为我一直关注前台的一举一动，根本没有什么人被 kick out 完全就是在敷衍了事。而且被告知报警只会遭到嘲笑不会有人管，对我的遭遇只能不停的说 sorry 并告诉我这就是旅社的“风险”。我当然知道这种“风险”，但是实际上店方的作为是保护了小偷，而我作为受害者却无能为力，只能自认倒霉。
