It was a great stay!

Really clean, staff was very helpful and provided a list of restaurants nearby which was extremely helpful. The outside/inside was beautiful and well kept.

For the amount I paid, breakfast should have been included.

Beautiful facility and very kid friendly… delicious breakfast too!

This was my issue but I left my phone charger in the room and immediately called the facility when I realized it and left a message in the lost and found mailbox but never received a response 😞

we loved it

it was great to stay here. my grandsons enjoyed the pool. i especially loved the kids pool. they made this hotel kids friendly and that is so very important

I would stay here again.

The pool was very nice. I would of loved a hot tub but other than that a great stay! A very clean room. We loved the big bathroom! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The cookies at check in was a nice touch!

We thought there was a hot tub. They were doing some work on the hotel inside so it could be a little noisy at times. I would of liked more eating options in the hotel or a nicer restaurant inside.

Was expecting more and got a lot less.

The location

When people usually leave their room at 10:30 in the morning and comeback at 8:30 at night you’d expect your room to be cleaned. My room was not cleaned and the front desk person couldn’t do anything for me. Very unprofessional for a hotel associated with the Hilton corp.

Exceptional property and wonderful experience!!!

Overall, this particular DoubleTree Resort is always lovely! It never disappoints! We’ve been coming here with my family for several years now and we always keep coming back to this exact location. We always have such a great stay. The staff, especially Audrey, our waitress at Cafe 24 was so pleasant :-) The beds are always super comfortable. The overall updates in renovations are nicely done around the property. Lastly, we love the beautiful foliage and potted plants all throughout the property. They add such a charming, elegant touch. Overall, this DoubleTree is exceptional!!!

Amazing quiet and calm relaxing STAY!!!

The overall property is really awesome. A very calm and quiet place. Facillities are good. Perfect place for a quiet calm vacation. Indoor swimming pool is awesome. Dont forget to get the choclate cookies at Lobby at thr time.of check in. Its rich in taste. The godd part is the cookies will.be warm whenever you get from them. Ask for your cookies anytime at the lobby during the entire stay.

Its really surprising that they dont have microwave in the room. When they have refrigerator, its kind of default to have a microwave. So the alternate way to heat your food id, go to lobby and there will be sweet shop adjacent to lobby where you can heat your food if needed.Felt really hard to manage foods because of this!!

The care and concern of the staff makes any negatives of the property seem trivial.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. From front desk to restaurant staff to house keeping everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

There was no microwave in the room and there were no complimentary breakfast options, and coffee was only available in the morning.

the front desk lady was so rude didn’t even tell us how to get to our room so I didn’t notice the the lobby is on the 3rd floor and we had to go down to the 1st floor that the room smell so bad so I had to change rooms 3 times in one day trip and there was a roach crawling on the bed where my kids was sleep at 2 in the morning it was so bad

This was so comfortable and clean. We would love to come back but we are on a fixed budget! Will def recommend.

Pretty building. Up to date rooms. The cookies. The pool. Friendly staff. Restaurant was nice ( great view), friendly wait staff and good breakfast selection.

Only one towel hook in bathroom. Space going into bathroom very narrow and close to closet. Difficult to navigate in dark during the middle of the night. No microwave. A K-Cup machine in room would be great in case you want a fresh hot cup of your own coffee first thing in the a.m.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The kids had an amazing experience in the mini water park, perfect for toddlers!!! Even my 9 year old loved it, and enjoyed the pool as well! The place was clean, quiet, and friendly! The grounds outdoors are beautiful!!

The location was nice. The staff was great.

I paid over 200 hundred dollars for 1 night in a room with 2 queen beds. The TV was rather small...no windows to outside...the bathroom was very clean but so small...my husband hardly fit in the shower because it was so ssmall ..vanity very small. 2 people will not fit in bathroom at same time. The amout of money I paid for the room was not worth it. The breakfast at the hotels restaurant was way overpriced as well for fake eggs. But the restaurant next door within walking distance was wonderful...Mics.
