About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in Chapter 4. Floor of a house of 1906 at the Berlin-Spandau navigation canal. It is bright and faces the quiet courtyard.
Along the canal also runs the Berlin-Copenhagen Cycle Route. Bikers are welcome. The farm is a safe place for your bikes.
Our apartment is suitable for up to two adults and one child. It has a combined living and bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Something very special is the small sauna! The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Please do not bring any pets.

Christian welcomed us and after showing us round let us just get on with things
We had friends locally, it is a traditional Berlin property, the building has an excellent ambience and they were impressed and wished they'd known about it when family visited!
One minor gripe you can hear people on the stairs and in the central courtyard, this isn't a sterile modern flat!
You do need to be willing/able to climb lots of stairs
Local lake brilliant for relaxing and swimming in summer

Apartment was as advertised. Good communication with host. Close to subway.

Christian was the perfect host. He made himself available via texts. He even helped me up the stairs with my very heavy bag!! The apartment was very clean and tidy. Only a 30 minute walk to the central train station. Buses and U-Bahn a short 5 min walk.
The only suggestion would be having a small microwave would have been handy to reheat food.
I will be back again.

We had such a lovely time staying here during our trip in Berlin. The host, Christian, is very kind and helpful, and the flat is simply wonderful. Perfect for two people, very quiet and spacious, great light, great location. Plus, the sauna is such an amazing bonus!!! We're very happy and we would love to come back again.

First off, Christian is an awesome landlord. He is very communicative and showed us around the property, and even left us some goodies. The property is clean and secure. The neighborhood has lots of families and good food. It’s a quiet area and felt safe. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place to stay if you’re a couple in Berlin. It is on the 4th floor (5th floor in America) so there are quite a few stairs, but we didn’t mind. The apartment is very well sized for a studio and came with everything we needed for our stay. The sauna was the best part and we used it daily. The surrounding neighborhood has plenty of great restaurants and bars, I would recommend Kubi, a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant. It is also right next to the U9 line which connects to the U6, U8, and the S-Bahn ring lines. We had no trouble at all getting around. I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple or single traveler who’s looking to stay in Berlin for a few days or a few weeks!

Me and my friend had a great time staying at this adorable apartment for our spring break. It had everything we needed to cook dinners, relax and the location was great with the U bahn being a block away. Would definetly love to come back!

My two-month stay in this lovely apartment was excellent. I like the location near the water, near the U-Bahn. The apartment was clean and quiet and I like using the shower. The flight up the stairs to the 4th level was not easy but you get used to it. I wish there was a washing machine but the laundry service in Seestrase was cheap. Christian was very helpful with the monthly travel card and package deliveries. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for having me.

Christian was the most delightful host, always happy to help if I needed something! The area is a three minute walk from a metro station and has nearby bus stops that go to the train station, and as a young solo female traveller I felt completely safe in the neighbourhood. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed - if you’re planning to stay in Berlin, I would definitely recommend you stay here!

Sehr netter Vermieter, schöbe helle Wohnung, gute Anbindung an die Stadt, Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar, alles rundum zufriedenstellend !!

Eine schöne, saubere und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die von einem sehr freundlichen und sympathischen Vermieter betreut wird, in der sich sehr schön Zeit als Kleinfamilie oder (enge - da eine Schlafcouch + Matratzen und keine Türen, außer zum Bad) Freunde verbringen lässt. Ruhige Lage mit vielen Cafes in der Nähe. - Sehr zu empfehlen.

Absolutely fine!
The apartment was nice and comfy, and the location was far more pleasant than I anticipated. The street is quiet (but the apt faces the courtyard), there are two different U- and S-bahn stations within walking distance, there are cafés and restaurants around the corner, and I felt safe walking home anytime. Christian was welcoming and accommodated my change of dates with no fuss, so I frankly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

Schöne Wohnung, freundlicher Vermieter
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Weihnachtswoche in Berlin - nicht zuletzt aufgrund der schönen Wohung und dem freundlichen Vermieter, der uns herzlich begrüßte. Die Wohung lag verkehrstechnisch günstig und war trotzdem sehr ruhig. Und das Beste: Wenn man durchgefroren vom Winterspaziergang kommt, direkt rein in die Sauna! Super!

Perfect base to explore Berlin
The apartment was clean and provided everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The area is trendy and quiet with lots of nice shops and places to eat. Close to the train station its easy to walk or train to the sights of Berlin. It’s also perfect for staying in and enjoying a lazy morning/afternoon. I’d highly recomend

Ruhige, helle Wohnung, nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter
85 Treppenstufen sind zu bewältigen, bis man die hübsche kleine Wohnung erreicht. Ausstattung sauber und ansprechend, Wohnung für 1 Person optimal, aber auch für 2 bis max. 3 Personen geeignet. Habe die Wohnung allerdings nur zum Übernachten gebraucht, die Küche nicht genutzt. Viel Lektüre und Filmmaterial vorhanden.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles prima!
Ich war nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Jahr in dieser schönen und prima gelegenen Wohnung und habe mich wieder rundum wohl gefühlt.
Das Sofabett ist sehr bequem und auch sonst bietet die Wohnung alles, was man für ein paar Tage Stadtaufenthalt braucht (inklusive geschütztem Fahrradstellplatz im Innenhof).
Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierhin zurück - herzlichen Dank!

Petite escapade berlinoise
L'appartement est un grand studio fonctionnel, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour quelques jours. Il est plutôt bien situé à 5-10 min du U-bahn et S-bahn, avec quelques bars et resto aux alentours. A noter la présence d'un petit sauna cosy, mais que nous n'avons pas pu tester vu les 36°C.
Concernant Christian, le propriétaire, il nous a très bien accueilli, a été très réactif aux messages. Danke !

In den fast zwei Wochen meines Aufenthaltes habe ich mich schon heimisch gefühlt. Die Nähe zur Beuth Hochschule einerseits und den touristischen Anziehungspunkten andererseits ist perfekt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Alles wunderbar
Das Objekt ist eine gemütliche Berliner Altbauwohnung in einem gepflegtem Haus. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt ist es auch ruhig mitten in der Großstadt. Nach den Ausflügen kann man so gar in einer kleinen Sauna entspannen. Überall kommt man mit dem Nahverkehr bequem hin. Wir werden gerne diese Wohnung nochmal buchen.
