Die Einrichtung war super cool, das Frühstück war reichhaltig, Personal war sehr nett

Heel mooi proper hotel , heel fijne faciliteiten, super goede locatie, dichtbij winkels, ook ben je zeer snel in het grote centrum van Düsseldorf. Vriendelijk personeel, heel goede bedden en super moderne badkamer.

Es war nachts relativ laut (Straße, Geräusche in der Zwischenwand)
Beim Frühstück gab es kaum vegane Optionen (nur auf Nachfrage) und keine Pflanzenmilch für den Kaffee
Lage war für den Zweck (Messe) gut, aber die Umgebung ist ansonsten nicht sehenswert
Auf dem Zimmer gab es keinerlei Snacks / Tee o.ä., nur Wasser - für den Preis pro Nacht kann man mehr erwarten

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Ich würde es immer wieder nutzen, wenn ich nach Düsseldorf will. Es war sauber,,toll eingerichtet das Foyer ist echt gemütlich. Es gibt sogar bei Ankunft einen Begrüßungscocktail aufs Haus.
Unser Zimmer hatte ein sehr gemütliches Bett, Klimaanlage und eine wirklich große, ebenerdige Dusche. Alles war sauber und hell. Und es war wirklich erstaunlich ruhig nachts. Einen Parkplatz gab es auch für 16 €/Tag. Und auch beim Frühstück, das mit knapp 20€ zwar nicht günstig ist, hat wirklich nichts gefehlt.
Da gab es nichts zu kritisieren!

Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Sehr schlechter Service. Fast 40 Minuten am Empfang gestanden, um einzuchecken. Uns wurde zwar etwas zum Trinken angeboten, dennoch hat es sich ohne ersichtlichen Grund sehr hingezogen. Zimmer hat stark gerochen, man konnte nicht lüften und die laute Musik beim Betreten des Zimmers war wirklich sonderbar. Zimmernummern sind nicht chronologisch. Service nach Buchung nicht erreichbar.

The checkin was very friendly with a great service experience, including a nice welcome drink. The rooms were very spacious and the bed as well. The design of the room was simple, but of very good quality! The bathrooms also had a good size and had all important amenities. The breakfast buffet was very nicely organised and diverse.
The air-conditioning was a bit too strong, but was easily changed.

Staff very friendly and excellent. Hotel right beside public transport. Food served in bar, and breakfast was very good. Very clean
There were no gym facilities at all despite being advertised that there were (which is the main reason I had chosen it). It's going for super trendy, but there's very little in the way of facilities in the small bedroom No phone to reception or room service, e.g. A grill on the wall is the wardrobe. It's far out from the centre and there were public transport strikes for two days so taxis were required (immediately available, no wait)

We really enjoyed the design of the hotel. The staff was very kind! We really enjoyed the breakfast too. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our trip by 1 more day and they were very accommodating!

Thr friendliness and flexibility of the staff. A plus! The family room was a great size for the 3 of us.
The sofa bedding wasn't appropriate as it wasn't a fitted sheet and did not hold through out the night. A flat sheet didn't cover the whole sofa bed.
The bathroom could use an extra hanging rail for the smaller towels.

Location out of city good to keep costs down and for a trip to Phantasialand, but still an easy 25min tram ride into city. Tram stop is 2min walk from hotel.
Kids loved the games in reception lounge, although not as many as other Moxys I have stayed in.
No obvious bars/restaurants (apart from kebab shop) walking distance from hotel. Bar/limited food available in hotel so not much of problem but would be nice to have variety closeby when too tired to go into city.

The hotel is amazing! Really nice location and staff and super friendly and helpful. The hotel bar is also very nice with good music. I am very happy with the rooms, very pretty and housekeeping was top tier. Overall, I would definitely return again and recommend to people

The rooms were very clean. The airconditioning works perfect. The interior was very modern and stylish. The location was good with some shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back :)
There wasn’t any refrigerator and kettle in the room.
