Das Hotel beeindruckte mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück à la carte, bei dem wir ganz ungestört waren. Das Zimmer war luxuriös ausgestattet, jedoch ließ der Komfort des Bettes etwas zu wünschen übrig.
Das Bett hat mir nicht gefallen, und der Geruch in der Lobby, der stark an alten Rauch erinnerte, war ebenfalls störend.

Best hotel I have ever stayed. The architecture of the building is very beautiful and welcoming. Inside of the building makes you feel you are walking around Gryffindor common room at Hogwarts. Great interiors and decorations. Room was perfectly clean,cozy and the mattress was quite comfortable. Young lady at the reception was very kind. She offered me some coffee before I leave the hotel. Looking forward to stay there again.

It's like travelling to the Past, and living in the interiors of THAT time, smelling Old Money :) Very interesting experience!
Breakfast is served in a super fancy room overlooking interior garden. Jazz is playing. Feels so good! And the buffet breakfast itself is very good.
It would be wrong to expect to have en elevator in such an old villa, but it's just a good thing to consider - don't bring heavy luggage with you :)

Wunderschönes altes Gebäude mit viel tollem, originalen Interior in den gemeinschaftlichen Bereichen, gutes Frühstück in sehr schönem WIntergarten
Leider sehr arroganter, unempathischer Empfang am Tor, eine Begrüßung hat garnicht statt gefunden, sondern ich wurde in unfreundlichem Ton als erstes am Tor gefragt, warum ich geklingelt hätte ... Nachdem ich mitteilte, dass ich ein Zimmer gebucht habe und ob ich innen Parken könne, wurde mir "hingeworfen", dasss das 14,00 € zusätzlich kosten würde ... an dieser Stelle wäre ich am liebsten wieder gegangen. Unmöglich, ich habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt!! Später platzte unangekündigt, ohne Anklopfen die Hotelleitung in mein Zimmer... Glückssache, dass ich noch nicht entkleidet war... ein weiteres NO GO. Die Zimmer sind schön und nehmen den Stil des Hauses auf, aber ein bissl moderneren Touch bei der Farbigkeit des Interiors hätte ich mir gewünscht. TV-Anlage sehr veraltet. Leider kein Fahrstuhl im Haus und keinerlei Abendessen dort möglich, auch keine Sandwiches oder Kleinigkeiten.

The staff was very nice. The hotel itself is very cool, like an old castle yet the room was modern e.g. the bathroom.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. From the beautiful building to the great staff and service. It has easy access to the center of the city through public transport, reachable within a mere 5 min walk (for which you receive a complimentary travel voucher) and is located in a beautiful area where parking is easy and for free.

The hotel is very comfortable but there's no lift to reach the upper floors. This wasn't a problem for us, but it's not suitable for people with mobility issues.
I thought the mattresses could have been firmer. Mine was too soft for my liking.

I loved everything, staff was amazing, the history of the house the room and the furniture.
Its a bit far from the center, no Lifts you will carry your luggage and for me its fine because they are trying to keep the house originality.

Breakfast was dreadful, in a country where breakfast is unique and an experience in itself, even in small hotels!! I understand it is because of Covid but still! Place was like dead, bar closed, restaurant closed, etc.
The salami at breakfast was totally stale, uneatable. The cheese was plastic. It made me angry actually.
