Rooms are big, garden is amazing. Perfect location for visiting messe Dusseldorf In the parking they put a vacuum where you can clean your car.

Needs some cleaning items for the rooms

- very close to exhibition center - very cosy and quaint - laundromat in basement which is both convenient and not. - close to public transport & a few restaurants - convenient

- the side building didn't have an elevator - they do not give fresh linens and towels during the duration of your stay. They tell you to use the paid washing machines in the basement.

The location next to the exhibition fair.

First, Wifi disconnect every time we don't use the internet for a while or overnight. It doesn't connect automatically. We have to always log in again. Second, although it was mentioned that the room will not be cleaned for the period of less than 7 days. But cleaning the room should be done at least every 3 days. 7 days is it too long for a bathroom not to be cleaned or a floor not to be moped.

Communication was easy. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, close to the fair, literally a few minutes on foot. It is close to tram and bus stations and connections to the city. Across the street is a beautiful Park, Japanese Garden, Aquazoo. Nearby there is an Aldi store, a bakery, a grocery store, two restaurants, and a pastry shop. Perfect place.

the slide door to balcony is broken which needs to be fixed right away... noticeable immediately once you try to tilt it...; the loft is a little too hot and I can imagine how people feel in hottest summer period...btw, I was not able to figure out how to use the electric cocktop...

I came for visit Dusseldorf mess exibition for 6days and I found this apartment is great loaction. 3min to my exhibition site and closed by Aldi(supermarket) and bakery/ gelato and little fruit shop/some restaurants in 5-10 min to walk. Top of that, you have Nord Park in front (Perfect place to run in the morning, or relax walking anytime, it is so peaceful and beautiful).

When I arrived it was 32 degree and really hot day but there were no air conditioning system. only 1fan I've got in the room. Once I opened the window which is huge and a lot in every corner, I could feel fresh air but lots of bugs came in. But I would like to stay this place next time when I have buisiness trip to messe.

Size, lovely garden, fully equipped small kitchen, generous cupboards. Unbelievable location, hop-skip-jump to Messe Düsseldorf. Quiet neighbor hood. Decent dining options and grocery stores in vicinity.

A cleaning service to at least mop the floor would have been good. Pillows we inadequate. After charging €350, it could’ve had better toilet amenities.

the bath/shower towels were not provided, only hand towels were there and there is no number to call any housekeeping

Very close to exhibition buildings. Good services in the area (taxi, bus, pharmacy, supermarket ). Right dimension for the apartment. Clean Bathroom. No disturbing noise from the street during the night.

Some pots should be changed. It is no longer anti-stick.

The key same for main entrance and room was given automatically using a keyboard. When I left I just put it on the designated mailbox. There was a supermarket 400 meters away and a little but fully equipped kitchen in the studio so I could prepare my breakfast. The area and the building were very quiet. I have not seen any person coming in or out of the building.
