We were able to lug up all of our stuff in the elevator which was convenient. The property was great, enjoyed the pool and being able to walk everywhere! Definitely go next door and get pizza from the Gaff!

We had such a great time! It’s the perfect location. Be sure to rent your golf cart from Life in Paradise. Wish we would have known they rent them before we got one somewhere else. LIP’s are way nicer and way cheaper!

Dated. Looks like they went to random garage sales to furnish this place and many things were broken. The location was good, but the parking was HORRIBLE. I expected a little more for the money we spent but was sadly disappointed.

This property was perfect for the 4 of us. We had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy. The air conditioner did not completely cool the whole space. Overall 4 out of 5!

Good service and good place

Great unit! A/C was ice cold, and beds were very comfortable. Nice view east towards the beach also. Pool and hot tub area are nicer than average. Would stay here again.

Easy to get to the beach and around town from this location, but also still in a nice quite area. Condo has everything you need to have a nice stay.

Loved our stay only thing is I wish it had been closer to the opposite side of the pier like towards markers 20+, but nothing the brand new golf cart we rented from Life in Paradise couldn’t fix. The check in was so easy as was getting the cart. Check out was easy as well!

This property really is 6 stars on location. The place was nice and reasonably priced. We had an issue with a breaker and the maintenance guy came immediately. I would stay again.

The property was exactly as described, accommodations were pleasant. Walking distance to the beach, which was great! Had an excellent time.

Especially when compared to the unit next door which has been very nicely updated. Complaints to the unit start with the very loud squeak on the edges of the bed when getting in/out. Rust on refrig and especially the microwave door which made the microwave unsafe to use. Tin foil on the stove and squeaky low pressure kitchen faucet did not encourage usage of kitchen. Overall the furnishings just need updating to the to which i feel is equal to the cost of the room.

It was just as described except for the intense smell of bleach. Overwhelming. Luckily, it was cold the night we arrived so we could air out the room.

Hard with no elevator to get upstairs. We are older and not in the best health.

The air conditioner broke on the first day, but management replaced it within a few hours, so that worked for me. The bed was very comfortable and there are plenty of kitchen supplies if you want to cook.

Fast easy access to the Nieces County part of the beach where cars can park on the beach makes this a prime location. It was however plain to see that Port Aransas still has a lot of recovery to do. The effects of Hurricane Harvey are evident everywhere. Roughing it a little is to be expected. No working elevator and a broken hot tub. The crawling infant picked up dust/salt from the floor when she first crawled across the floor, obviously the unit had been empty for a long time and should have had a fresh clean before the first renters of the season came in. But even roughing it a little, we had a really good time and would go back again.
