Unit was as advertised, not state of the art or the Ritz by any means but it was just fine for what we paid. Location was key, short distance to convenience stores, restaurants and the beach. Appreciated the 4 parking spots as we had a softball team's worth of equipment to drag around.
More than enough cookware, fridge space, etc and the water heater stayed warm way longer than we anticipated with a bunch of folks taking back to back showers in multiple bathrooms.
Remember to read the fine print, bring your own towels, trash bags and toilet paper if you're staying for more than a night. Pretty standard check-in and checkout procedures. Overall, had a fine time and the unit is priced adequately for it's location and setup.

The week consisted of good, bad and ugly. With limited characters I can't go into details but hopefully you will get a good picture.
The Good: Size of the Villa. The number of beds & bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining & living space worked out great for our extended family gathering. We rented two units, 102B (red) 103B (blue) because they were beside each other. The dining table allowed us to share past memories & create new ones which we are so grateful for! The dishwasher. The coffee pot, not a Keurig, but worked well and kept the coffee drinkers happy. The hot water heater: had hot water most of the time. Bedding and towels were plentiful. However, bring a blanket if you like little weight when you sleep as the bedspread is very light with. Makes sense for the summer.
The elevator worked well. This was a necessity for our family as one family member was in a wheelchair.
The foosball tables. The location, the pool area and responsiveness of the owner & maintenance was pretty good except for a couple of issues.
The Bad & Ugly: Villas are showing their age in many areas and lack attention to details: Carpet & flooring upstairs, Patio furniture, Pool Tables felt & cue sticks were in poor condition, Game consoles not as described, pool water not heated, some Bathroom vents didn't work. Showers had patched floors, washer & dryer in one unit didn't work properly, noise issues.
If you need a large place & can't afford to spend more this place will work.

Everything was as promised in listing. Had a slight issue with the door code being incorrect upon check in. Would also say that you could provide more than one trash bag as it would assist with cleanup immensely. Other than that our stay was great.

It was overall nice, but there were big roaches however an exterminator did come. The dryer did not work and that was not rectified during our 6 night stay even after reporting it the first day.

We had a total of 12 individuals that stayed in the condo. We had a great time and close distance to the beach and activities in Myrtle Beaxh. We had a great time!!

For our family we all enjoyed our stay. Everyone had room and space. Great location as we did as much as we could outside or at the beach and pool. Loved the large dinner table as we ate together as a large family.

We stayed for a youth conference at Myrtle Beach and had a great time at this location. It's right next to the beach, has a pool area available, and the villa itself was great. If you're looking for a nice place to sleep at, eat at, and relax at then this is a great option!

The whole rental process and check in was super easy. Management company worked quickly to address our needs. Spacious accommodations for our family of 20. The game systems didn’t seem to work but the kids were occupied by the pool. My only real issue was that the listing included 2 queen sleepers in the living room that we were counting on but there weren’t any queen sleepers. When we asked about it we were told that there were 2 twin hideaway beds in the laundry room instead. We weren’t notified that this might be the case in advance. That didn’t accommodate the same number of people so it messed up our sleeping arrangements. The couches honestly looked pretty gross. Management did drop off extra linens for us since we had to cover the couches for people to sleep on since the pullouts were not available.

Yrhis location was great for our family a 2min walk to the beach 3 min walk to the family amusement park. And lots of stores for shopping...the facility can definitely use a lil interior design pointers. The property pool area was decent, but the children's area had some falling rocks that were very dangerous. But other than thos few things i would recommend it to anyone with kids and needs enough sleeping space for 20 people

The Villa was great for a group stay in Myrtle Beach! We vacationed here to escape end of a long winter and we couldn’t have been happier with the property.
Everything was exactly as advertised and had plenty of living space to keep a large group or family comfortable. The Villa was clean and Andy the owner was an absolute pleasure to plan this getaway with!
We didn’t rent a vehicle so location was critical for us. The Villa is located 10 minutes from the airport and is a minute walk to the beautiful beach. Further to that there is an on-site pool and hot tubs for those not interested in the beach sand. It’s a bit of a distance but for those who are active we walked to the downtown boardwalk a couple times during our stay.
I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to Myrtle Beach with a group.

The location is amazing. It is close to everything walking or driving. We was a little worried about some of the past reviews but when we got to the condo was in great shape, it has a little bit of wear from over the years as expected, housekeeping did a great cleaning and it was ready for fun. The dining room table is amazing, we loved sitting around it talking and eating. The bedrooms are good size and all of the bathrooms are a huge plus.
The weather was cool so we only got to use the hot tub and pools one time but we had a great time. There are 2 big balconies overlooking the pools so that was entertaining in the evenings.
We did have an AC issue and one refrigerator that was not working. The owner sent maintenance. They repaired the AC quickly but the refrigerator needed more time, luckily we had 2 refrigerators so we easily made do.
The only negative thing about this unit is the sofas are worn out and they are not very comfortable to sit. The unit needs a broom, mop and vacuum so we can help keep it clean during the stay.
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this condo in the future.

I rented unit 102B for a family Christmas trip. It was our first holiday beach trip so I needed a large space to accommodate my family. This listing has beach access across the street and the photos online looked acceptable. As soon as we arrived, I couldn't believe how much maintenance and cleaning this place needed. I took photos and sent my concerns to the property manager. She said she had a done a walk through prior to our arrival and was aware of the "wear and tear". Holes in doors, old blood stained pillows, dust everywhere, stains on the couch cushions, broken and missing shelves in the refrigerator, luke warm and low pressure water in 2 of the upstairs bathrooms. A door at the top of the stairs wouldn't close, we quickly realized it was the filter system which was covered in dust. Not a good situation with family members who have allergies. Has this ever been cleaned or changed? Since it was a nonrefundable booking, we made the best of it for 3 nights. I would recommend renovating and deep cleaning this unit. I would not stay here again.

Thanksgiving at Myrtle Beach has become a tradition for my family. We have now returned to Myrtle Beach Villas 3 times. The units are large with kitchen space to cook the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The ocean is just across the street, so the walk was easy (and necessary) after dinner. These units are just right for large families and friends!

Overall the unit was perfect for our team trip. The unit could use updating here or there, but the location was convenient to many things around Myrtle Beach.
Be sure to drive a small vehicle as the parking garage is tight. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed celebrating my mother's 81st birthday with family. The space was great for our large family. We loved the pool and the proximity to the beach.

We loved the size and location of the villa! We loved the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and the amount of bathrooms! The complaint is the dirtiness. The bathroom showers and tubs were repulsive, the carpets and floors were dirty, the couches were in poor condition. The dryer did not work properly which was very inconvenient as we needed to wash clothes and towels.

The property manager was exceptional, communication was excellent from start to finished there should be more property managers like her. The owner Andy was also
exceptional, always responded to messages in a timely manner. On a scale of 1-10, I give the villa a STRONG 9+ and with a few upgrades it would easily go to a 10++. Villa was clean, spacious, well stocked and located near everything and 1 block from the beach. Highly recommend this unit 102B

The Red Condo provided excellent accommodation for my family and me for our semi-annual traveling reunion. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the beach. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable in the spacious quarters. We ate good food, listened to good music, played games, did arts and crafts and went out and enjoyed the night life and the attractions in the area. The furniture could use some cleaning or reupholstering but that wasn’t enough to stop our good time!

Family vacation
It was a great vacation rental. Gave everyone the space to stay together but still have their own space to spread out and sleep. The kids loved having the pool that they could go to when they weren’t able to get down to the ocean. Convenient location.

Our large family with our adult children and grandkids was wonderful and super enjoyable! This spacious villa accommodates is very well. Communication with Marlysa, the property manager was very good. She was always prompt to respond to any questions/concerns. We discovered after the first night that that one of the box springs in a main floor bedroom was broken, Marlysa had it replaced within just a couple of hours!
A couple of negative things is that after the kids were running around the villa barefoot, their feet were black. That didn’t give a sense of being very clean at all. Also, though the size of the two sectionals in the main floor living area were large enough for everyone, they were certainly not the most comfortable.
Everyone loved the pool area as well as the close proximity to the beach and so many area attractions! All in all, it worked out very well for our needs!

I would recommend anyone to rent this property. It was great with plenty of room.
The security that was on call that Friday I feel he was very racist. He called the cops on us and we wasn’t loud at all and didn’t have any loud music. He watched us as we sat on the patio talking. Saturday night the people across us was drinking and had loud music but the security that was on call that night only told them to turn the music down.. other than that we had a ball. Thanks
