The property was clean and in good condition. The town centre and beaches were a 19-15 minute walk away.

Great place to stay, it's our 2nd visit for 3 nights. Ideal for what we wanted. Couldn't fault anything. Lovely location by the lake.😃

The property was very clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking a boating lake and beautiful surroundings. The decor was lovely and we had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay.

We had a good stay at the apartment. There was enough space for all of us. But it was dusty and the door was covered in cobwebs when we arrived. It's very nice to have a washing machine but we missed a clothesline.

The apartment had everything we need for a week’s stay. It was clean and well decorated and came with soft fluffy towels. Prime location next to a quiet lake. Nice restaurant next to the lake. Another nice restaurant near the garden next to the lake. 30 minutes walk to Tolcarne Beach and Great Western Beach. Sofa bed was a little hard and the apartment was on the second level and quite a walk from the carpark. It was not a problem for our young family but something to note as this may not suitable for everyone.

The apartment was lovely would definitely come back

This apartment is nice and well equipped. The exterior of the complex is a little shabby, but it is very well maintained inside. The location is excellent - very convenient for getting away from Newquay to explore the rest of the county, whilst still being close enough to walk in to the town (albeit with a significant hill). Having the park directly opposite the property was lovely.

Very good inside but three flights of steps to get to the apartment. Outdoor sensor light did not work. This had not been fixed from previous comments. Overall a nice place to stay.

We was very impressed with the property, it had more than everything we needed for a self catering appartment,,great location,would definitely look forward to coming back.

This apartment was wonderful! Overlooking the boating lake in Newquay. Very well appointed with the exception of toilet paper. I had to duck out to buy some as soon as I arrived. There are quite a few stairs to access the apartment, but once you are there, it is fantastic.

Second stay at this lovely apartment which was very clean and well equipped. Far enough outside of Newquay to be away from the crowds but close enough to walk should you not want to take the car. Minor problem when we 1st arrived but after a phone call to Sharon this was swiftly sorted. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Ideal one bedroomed apartment with sofa bed and parking outside. Perfect for a short break to Cornwall for a catch up with old friends.

Renting the apartment, I felt it won’t be good as it’s showcased online, trust me it’s even more beautiful than what I saw online. Kudos the maintenance team!!

Loved this property, had everything we needed, great base for exploring Cornwall. Really clean, balcony with a lovely view, which was perfect for me to enjoy my morning coffee!!

The apartment was spotless and smelt very clean. It had everything you needed and a beautiful view from the balcony. There wasn't as many steps as I thought there would be leading up the apartment I was expecting hundreds there was only 2 flights it's wasn't bad at all. Would definitely recommend and would love to book again.

The only thing we didn’t like was checking in at 3pm we missed a day there but everything else was amazing we can’t wait to return again in a few year.

The property is in a great location but unfortunately there were a few issues that let it down. 1. Bath was dirty, it scum marks and pubic heir left in the bottom of it. 2. We were unable to have a bath due the bath plug not working. It needs repairing / replacing. 3. Toilet seat loose. 4. Toilet roll holder is loose. 5. Temperature of the hot water is to high, it needs turning down. It can be dangerous if you are elderly and a child using the shower / sink / kitchen sink. 6. Hob is very slow heating pans up and needs replacing. I had to download the instructions to work out how to use it, because the marking around the knobs had worn away. 7. The frying pan need replacing due to being warped and not seating on the hob properly. I t is dangerous to use. 8. Outside light on the balcony does not work. 9. Its great to have an iron but it is no good without a ironing board. 10. There is no where to put the dishes after you have washed them up due to not having a dish drainer. 11. There a chipped plates and cups that need replacing. 12. Dust on the cabinets in the lounge and table legs dusty. 13. Table top dirty. 14. Thick dust under the sofa's. 15. Under the bed was dirty, bed probably has not been moved in years. 16. Under the toilet bowl had dried urine down the side of it. 17. Toilet brush had not been cleaned properly there was poo on the brush and it does need replacing. 18. Shower rail rusty needs replacing. 19. Shower rail hooks dirty need replacing. 20. Shower curtain was mouldy. 21. Unable to use on of the seats on the balcony due it being broken.

Lovely place to stay. Area beautiful and fab park opposite flat own parking space which is a big bonus . Everything you need and more for facilities. Just a bit negative about the overall cleanliness. Had to move a few things to accommodate our granddaughter and it was really dirty behind things. But I soon cleaned it

Apartment was clean and very comfortable with a lovely view over the boating lake. Great location for walking just about anywhere in Newquay. For us it was very central for family that we have down here. I’m sure we will be back
