Griffin was a wonderful host. We were in Fort Collins moving our daughter into the dorm. The house was within minutes of the campus and within walking distance to wonderful cafes and restaurants. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay and for being wonderful hosts.

The house was a wonderful old house in an excellent part of Fort Collins. Close enough to downtown to walk but very quiet and peaceful. The home was well appointed and the host had every thing you could think of at your disposal at the property. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great location, short walk to shops and restaurants in Old Town. Very well restored Victorian, the front porch was enjoyed and a real plus. The large kitchen was well equiped and the drinks/snacks were appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

The property was in a great location in old town. The house was beautiful both inside and out with what looked like a brand new kitchen with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms and baths were all also very nice and comfortable. The host was quick to respond to our questions and super helpful.

We were in town for a family wedding and a little vacationing. This house is lovely, historic, and walking distance to Old Towne shopping/eating district. We walked to many destinations including a local farmers market and a walk along the Poudre River.
The house has a great kitchen set up which allowed for some meals “in” as well as an iron/ironing board, which we were thankful to have. Comfortable furniture and a table for 6 + island. There is so much to do in Ft. Collins and I want to go back! We would definitely stay again and enjoyed a nice place to spend our time away.

We were in Ft. Collins for our youngest son’s wedding and this property was perfect for my wife and I and our other son and his family. A great location within walking distance to many fine old town shops and restaurants plus it’s across the street from the library and a very nice playground/park. The back yard and front porch were great places to sit and unwind. House was very clean and communication with owners/ managers was excellent.

This 1901 historic landmark has been beautifully restored with care and attention to detail. It is located in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the art museum. There is private (gated!)
parking in the back. The house is super comfy with a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Many thoughtful amenities. We really liked the hosts who were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable historic home. The house was well-appointed, with many amenities, special touches, and a lovely yard/garden (with private, gated parking). We love the location, which is close to Old Town shops and restaurants, yet still peaceful and tree-lined. It is within easy driving distance of everything Fort Collins has to offer. Griffin was a thoughtful and attentive host, who is quite knowledgeable about the local area. We had no complaints whatsoever and heartily recommend this property!

Our hosts thought of everything --- snacks, drinks in the fridge, fresh flowers --- to make us feel welcome in this comfortable and beautifully furnished house, just across the street from the Fort Collins library, a short walk away from downtown.

The house is charming and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of Old Town Square, it's in a great location. We enjoyed most of our meals at the property, cooking in the well equipped kitchen, and grilling out back. The parking is very convenient and secure for multiple cars. Griffin and Carly were very helpful and welcoming.

Wonderful property in Fort Collins. Griffin and Carley go above and beyond to make this house comfortable for your stay. They have thought of everything from cold drinks in the refrigerator to a great mattress to sleep on! You are close to wonderful shopping and a large array of restaurants and breweries.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The location was perfect to walk into Old Town to restaurants and to shop. There is a very nice area out back to have a drink at night or coffee in the morning. Griffin and Carly are there if you need help with anything or to answer any questions you might have. Parking is right on the premises so you don't ever have to worry about finding on street parking. The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic to walk around and be part of Fort Collins. Everything was super clean and we look forward to staying there the next time we are in town.

A fantastic stay and experience staying at this beautiful home in a very convenient location! We were moving our daughter into college for this trip and this home was the perfect place to stay. It’s very close to CSU and was a short walk for us to Old Town/Downtown. You can tell the owners love this home. It’s very well maintained and charming. Everything from the check-in process, to a handful of welcome beers/snacks and communication while there made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back and look to stay here again on our future visits. Highly recommend this home to others! Thanks again for having us!

Three of us came to Ft. Collins for a week-long training held at the Hilton. It was so nice to leave at the end of each day and go "home1" We especially loved the large kitchen because others from the conference joined us for a few meals, and the location was just perfect. We walked to Old Town many times, enjoying the restaurants, shopping and the flowers on the college campus. We were also able to get away for 2 visits to RMNP and Estes Park, which are favorites of us all.
I have to say a special thanks to Griffin, who braved a torrential downpour to meet us with an umbrella after we'd gotten caught in a whopper of a storm. Very gallant, and very much appreciated!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this one filled all our expectations. Charming, ability to walk to restaurants and downtown attractions, very clean, well supplied, and even though the owner lived upstairs, that was not a problem at all. He obviously has taken very good care of his place. It was very nice to have the added convenience of a washer and dryer in the basement, as we got caught in the rain one day and were able to dry our clothes when we got back to the house. Our only complaint was we didn't get to spend enough time at the house and in the neighborhood, because our son lives in Fort Collins and we spent most of our time with his family. We would love to come back sometime!

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay ! So close to everything , we could walk to old town in minutes . And short drives to so many other places like Horsetooth Canyon, Estes Park, and Boulder . Beds were comfortable , nicely stocked big kitchen. Host was very helpful and welcoming !

The house could not have been any cleaner! I wasnt looking for a lot. just a place to stay with at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We got so much more. WE cooked in a few times and there was pans. spices etc. They even had some snacks and drinks for us in case we came in late. The first morning we had a little trouble with the coffee making. The person in charge came with coffee for us and then showed us how to use it. Super nice man. I felt spoiled. We had a 1 year old with us who Loved the bathtub which was big and clean. This place ir right near the Library. and we walked to down town for food, shopping. and a park. all with in a 2-10 min. walks.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house which was thoughtfully equipped with attractive comfortable furniture and an attention to detail for the little things you didn't realize you would want. We even woke to find the walkways and driveway cleared after an overnight snowfall. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the washer/dryer came in handy.
Parking was easy and secure, and it was super convenient to be a short walk from all the downtown shops, bars and restaurants.
