The breakfast was great. The Buffet style made it more satisfying. There were both western and Asian options. Simon at the front desk was super. The place was clean and well kept. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great pool service. I recommend this place for foreigners in China who need a getaway. It's close to many parks and attractions.

Breakfast was pretty much the same every day so after 2 days it became bleh. Food options for lunch and dinner are limited. The location is a bit lonely at night.

1. Simon at the front desk was super. He made us comfortable, explained options we didn't think to ask about (which was amazing). His courtesy and helpfulness is second to none I've come across in the whole country. 2. The environment is kept clean and it's obvious that cleaning detergents are used and this presented a very pleasant odor in the rooms, lifts and other spaces. Also the cleaning staff were very friendly and polite. 3. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a mix of Asian and western options . 4. The pool provides swim caps, towels and slippers; and the changing room facilities are kept clean 5. Most of the staff speak English 6. Good proxity to Sunac adventure park and Wuxi wonderland. 7. Overall clean, welcoming, comfortable and foreigner-friendly environment. I definitely recommend this place.

The location is a bit isolated so no shopping mall is close by. Also, food options are limited for lunch and dinner as special orders must be made to the hotel kitchen or guests can go to a Dicos or 7/11 shop close by. Otherwise, order takeout or travel by didi to fast food restaurants.

Breakfast spread and room was worth it.

The front desk was not equipped to verify our booking. Took us sometime. We reached almost at midnight and this was the last thing to expect.

Staff are very professional and always ready to run the extra mile for the customer(s). Buffet dinner in the garden for Mid-Autumn festival WE was first class. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of dishes. Swimming pool was at the image of the hotel: creative, colourful, energetic. The cantina type Chinese restaurant was blessed with great welcoming and attentive staff. Finally enjoyed the lobby bar👌🙏🏻👌
