The location is close to food amenities and close to Hongqiao Airport and train station, which made it easy for travelers who need to utilize the Hongqiao Airport and trains. The facility provides breakfast options for travelers who need to travel early way beyond the opening of the breakfast service. I have also requested for more water bottles, which were delivered to the room using the hotel's robots.

Nothing I didn't like. Check-in process could have been shortened. It took quite some time (more than 15 minutes) to check-in to the room, which, for us, made us wait for a long time and check-in period at even later than expected.

Could Offer Complimentary Shuttle Bus for Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and Airport

Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. Room and location were quiet. Close to shopping mall and train station. Room was very spacious. Kitchen was great and sitting space really good. Great place to stay for a few days.

Kitchen could have had some things like plates, cups and cutlery, but we didn’t really had to the need for.

The internet facility was the worst..we never use to get proper wifi connectivity in the rooms and the Air conditioning could not be controlled as it was set on Auto
